The service was great. Only downside is the music is very loud which is not that nice (especially when it's a song like APT😭).View more
Rustik is the best brunch in Montreal. A beautiful location, wonderful staff, & truly amazing food. The ham is a the best you have ever had! Beans & salad are a delicious complement to the perfect eggs. The Benedicts are an experience. Highly recommend the mimosa kit for a brunch of perfection!!!View more
The food was great: simple, tasty, & honestly something you could easily make at home. But the service? That's where things went south. After brunch, the server sweetly asked if we wanted dessert. No mention of prices, no heads-up - just a friendly suggestion. We said yes, only to find out later that the desserts cost more than the brunch itself. That's ridiculous.
& it didn't stop there - every little extra, down to basic things like mayo, was an added charge. No warning, no transparency. The server was friendly, sure, but the whole experience felt like a trap. It's a shame, because the food is solid. But I can't recommend a place that nickel-&-dimes you & hides the costs behind a smile. Very disappointing.View more
The pistachio French toast was good, however, important to note that this is NOT TRUE PISTACHIO. This is made with almond spread & NOT pistachio. The flavour is good because we enjoy the marzipan flavour, however, if you are looking for authentic pistachio flavour this is not what I would recommend. I think they should be mentioning that in their menu to not lead people astray.
Otherwise, the food was good. The salmon Benedict was tasty, not a huge fan of the lime sourness as a flavour combination.
The best part by far were the bognettes. They remind me of latkes & were done very well here.View more
I want to highly recommend everything, I went to Montreal for a couple of days & searched on the internet for the best brunch in the city & I decided by le P'tit rustik because of the good reviews.
I was totally surprised, starting with the service, which was fast despite being full, & what can I say about the dishes The French toast was the best I've ever tried; it's so fresh & full of flavor.Without a doubt, when I return to Montreal I would go again, I highly recommend it.View more
Amazing food & service! They have gluten free toast, & they happily subbed it on my veggie Benny, which was sooo tasty. Definitely recommend!View more
The pistachio & blueberry french toast is delicious! I don't recommend the petit déjeuner. The portion of eggs served is very small. Overall a good place to go for brunch with lots of options.View more

The PERFECT brunch spread! They accommodated my group of 8 for my friend's bachelorette on a Friday morning & seated us at a table that comfortably fit my group & all our dishes. I got the salmon gravlax plate & was pleasantly surprised at the variety of foods included in a single dish. The whipped lime cream cheese was refreshing & added the right amount of dimension to the smoked salmon, capers, & pickled red onions. I would love for the portion sizes to be a bit larger & for the restaurant to add one more slice of bread to the platter (included one slice split in half). We also shared the seasonal French toast that included a berry compote, syrup, & whipped cream. It was fresh & perfectly tart & sweet! HIGHLY recommend getting a dish that includes the bognettes (potato fritters)! They were so flavourful, fresh, & wonderfully rounded out many of their brunch platters.View more
Le P'tit Rustik in Montreal offers an excellent breakfast menu with a variety of options to satisfy any craving. I highly recommend their potato fritters, which are absolutely delicious & bursting with flavor. The breakfast options at Le P'tit Rustik are simply amazing. From classic dishes like eggs benedict & pancakes to more unique choices like avocado toast & breakfast poutine, there is something for everyone. The menu is creative & innovative, with a focus on using fresh & high-quality ingredients. But the real star of the show at Le P'tit Rustik is their potato fritters. These crispy delights are made with perfectly seasoned shredded potatoes, cooked to golden perfection. They are served with a side of tangy dipping sauce that complements the flavors beautifully. The fritters are both satisfying & addictive, & you'll find yourself craving them long after your visit. The ambiance at Le P'tit Rustik is cozy & welcoming, with a rustic charm that adds to the overall dining experience. The staff is friendly & attentive, ensuring that you have a memorable & enjoyable time. Really good food! It is always busy but it is worth the wait. I'd recommend the benedict eggs & also the french toast!View more
As someone who eats mostly plants, I happily look forward to enjoying the classic eggs benny here. It's the best I have ever had. The sauce is perfection, the bread is fresh & the eggs are poached just right, the tiny amount of meat is so delicious & completes the dish beautifully. The crispy hashbrowns that are served with is also incredibly delicious. This is a mandatory stop for me when I'm in Montreal, highly recommend.View more
