A Really Nice Place for Breakfast!!. Good & Really nice Friendly Service! A REALLY good Eggs Benny. Nice Coffee ☕? The French Toast is Wonderful!View more
We were there around 11:30am on a Sunday & had to only wait 10 minutes to be seated. If you come around noon, note that you may need to wait a little longer.
We ordered the vegetarian eggs benedict, rustik plate, & the french toast topped with blueberry compote. Everything was absolutely delicious!View more
We ordered a egg benedict with smoked salmon, a french toast with apple, 2 potato frits & 2 hot chocolates.
The fruits coming with egg benedicts doesn't taste.
The hot chocolate was too light for me.
The foods were alright.View more
What a beautiful place! Me & my friend were looking for a nice brunch place to catch up & for good food at the same time. We were there around 10:30am on a Sunday & had to only wait 10 minutes to be seated. If you come around noon, note that you may need to wait a little longer.
We ordered the vegetarian eggs benedict, rustik plate, & the french toast topped with blueberry compote. Everything was absolutely delicious! Instead of ordering only 1 slice of french toast, we should have ordered 2!View more
The pistachio French toast was good, however, important to note that this is NOT TRUE PISTACHIO. This is made with almond spread & NOT pistachio. The flavour is good because we enjoy the marzipan flavour, however, if you are looking for authentic pistachio flavour this is not what I would recommend. I think they should be mentioning that in their menu to not lead people astray.
Otherwise, the food was good. The salmon Benedict was tasty, not a huge fan of the lime sourness as a flavour combination.
The best part by far were the bognettes. They remind me of latkes & were done very well here.View more
🤤 🇫🇷 🍞 Pain Doreeeeee! DAMN!
It's been a while since I had Mtl brunch, & Le P'tir Rustik did not disappoint 🙌
Fortunately we went Friday shortly after lunch, & got seated instantly, however the place was more or less full - i can see how on the weekend this place will be swamped.
Staff were super friendly, Service was fast, & food was top notch!
We ordered the Atlantique Benedict, Gravelax (deconstructed atlantique with toast), & French Toast 💣
The Benedict was great as to be expected. Generally I get the hollaindaise on the side, however mistakenly it was put on (the team did offer to make me a new one, but I decided to chow down) & I must say the hollaindaise in this instance was perfect, light, not overpowering & well balanced!
On to the French Toast, the clear star of the show 🌟 we opted for blueberry, & did not expect this beast to come out - when it arrived we knew it was gonna be good & it tasted even better than it looked.
Fresh cream, thick slabs of pain doree, blueberries, & some caramel/butterscotch sauce (to me this tasted like melted down werthers originals).
Next time I'm back in Mtl, I'm going straight here 😆View more
I want to highly recommend everything, I went to Montreal for a couple of days & searched on the internet for the best brunch in the city & I decided by le P'tit rustik because of the good reviews.
I was totally surprised, starting with the service, which was fast despite being full, & what can I say about the dishes The French toast was the best I've ever tried; it's so fresh & full of flavor.Without a doubt, when I return to Montreal I would go again, I highly recommend it.View more
Honestly, so pleasantly surprised with this place. The food was delicious & there is something for everyone. Service was well timed. The restaurant is cozy & welcoming. The French toast was delicious & shakshuka on toast was super tasty. The portions are generous & the prices are fair. I will most definitely be coming here again! If you come on a weekday, there is usually a table available with no wait!View more
The french toast I had here was so so great. I really loved it. I was so happy! Only minor downside is that the fruit was cold, & I would have loved to have it warm. But that's just a matter of tast I think.
Definitely go here & order the french toast!!View more
Definitely one of the best breakfasts I have had. I got a standard breakfast with bacon & it was something special. My girlfriend had the Benedict Atlantique & everything was bursting with flavour; she got emotional. The server suggested French toast with pistachios & I typically don't get French toast because it's always heavy & feels like just eggy bread. However, what we got was different. The bread was light like a cloud, the pistachios were crunchy & tasty the cream was sweet but not overbearing & it had a blueberry compôte that made it a brighter dish. It was a huge surprise & definitely a great way to start the day!View more
We went on a Friday & it was very busy with only one waitress working & yet she managed to be quick, efficient, & very friendly. We got the apple french toast & the pistachio french toast which were both amazing! A great experience overall & their patio is great.View more
Currently having brunch at this spot as I write the review. This is a five star review for sure. The service was exceptional. The server was elite. The pistachio french toast was superb. Lovely place with fantastic food & incredible service.View more
The pistachio & blueberry french toast is delicious! I don't recommend the petit déjeuner. The portion of eggs served is very small. Overall a good place to go for brunch with lots of options.View more
À très viteView more
The PERFECT brunch spread! They accommodated my group of 8 for my friend's bachelorette on a Friday morning & seated us at a table that comfortably fit my group & all our dishes. I got the salmon gravlax plate & was pleasantly surprised at the variety of foods included in a single dish. The whipped lime cream cheese was refreshing & added the right amount of dimension to the smoked salmon, capers, & pickled red onions. I would love for the portion sizes to be a bit larger & for the restaurant to add one more slice of bread to the platter (included one slice split in half). We also shared the seasonal French toast that included a berry compote, syrup, & whipped cream. It was fresh & perfectly tart & sweet! HIGHLY recommend getting a dish that includes the bognettes (potato fritters)! They were so flavourful, fresh, & wonderfully rounded out many of their brunch platters.View more
The most amazing French toast in town period! Every bites makes you feel on a cloud. Probably the best in Montréal!View more
Beautiful humans behind this amazing project! Food is heavenly. Pistachio French toast is to die for. Magnifique location ✨💐View more
Truely the best mtl brunch you'll ever have. The caramel apple french toast was so fluffy & decadent, it felt like I was eating at a 5 ⭐ french bakery. Their signature breakfast plate was full of delicious real ham that pulled apart effortlessly & perfectly cooked bacon that tasted sweet & juicy. They serve real bread with your eggs & potato fritters that are better than any homemade hash brown I've ever had in the city. Oh my god & the ice coffee was real coffee!!! Sweetened to your preference, it tasted freshly ground & was perfect to drink on their cozy terrace overlooking a beautifully colored mtl neighborhood. Highly suggest for a intimate date in the Mont-Royal area. The walk is worth it & filled with scenic homes & blooming lilacs to look at on the way.View more
Really good food! It is always busy but it is worth the wait. I'd recommend the benedict eggs & also the french toast!View more
2024 dine in: attentive service, mushroom toast & Atlantic Benedict were well presented just needed a little salt. They really should replace their hanging sign since it's illegible. Excellent music. 2022 Delivery: everything was simple but delicious. Got the French toast with blueberries bananas & cream, the almond mousse which was light & fluffy, matcha latte, & Bognettes which were nice & crispy.View more
Was pleasantly surprised. The best eggs benedict in town. The Blueberrie French toast was to die for.View more
Their benedicts are very good but they don't have enough sauce! Other than that the french toast is delicious & the waitress is very nice & smiling. I removed a star from the service because of the owner, she's quite rude in her way of talkingView more
A cute low key brunch place on Duluth that exceeded all my expectations. Their French toast is so on point, fluffy & just the right amount of sweetness, & the whip cream is so airy & light (I got the one with apple)
Service is warm & friendly. Can't wait to be back!View more
