Quite easily the nicest cafe owner I've ever met in my life! Went there to work for the day while my family & I were at a nearby camping. Amazing coffee, amazing sandwiches & amazing chats all day with the owner, who is simply a gem. Sources & makes everything himself. I continued working outside after they closed at 4pm & he was nice enough to bring me a takeaway water & snack to keep me going out in the sun. Just don't meet people as nice as this anymore these days!
I love this place for all that it is. The owner is a gem & warms my heart with every visit. The care & thought that is put into this place is beyond special.The coffee is wonderful & the food is amazing. I only wish I lived closer.
Absolutely love this little gem in Rigaud! Everything is made from scratch, & you can truly taste the care & quality in every bite. The food is fresh, creative, & absolutely delicious. Their coffee is some of the best around. They have a fantastic selection of beer, wines, & even non-alcoholic wine, which is such a thoughtful touch.
The atmosphere is warm & welcoming, & it's the kind of place you'll find yourself wanting to come back to again & again. Whether you're stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or coffee, Le Mouton never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Just discovered this little gem of a café in Rigaud. Food is delicious & fresh, the atmosphere is cozy & the owner is super friendly. Bonus: there are lots of local products for sale. Will definitely be returning!
We had an opportunity to try their sandwiches & the two we tried were delicious. I loved the ambiance of the cafe, it's cozy, & it has a fireplace as well. The owners/staff are very welcoming. However, their coffee drinks need a bit of improvement. Truly a hidden gem, & worth a stop when heading towards Ottawa from Montreal
I stopped in yesterday for the first time & it was absolutely fantastic!! I purchased a sandwich, two cookies & a cafe mocha & it was honestly phenomenal. The cookies were amazing - a real treat!! The owner was so kind, showing me all the freshly baked / prepared items of the day versus just handing over the menu & letting me select on my own. I highly recommend this gem & I will definitely be going back!
Super cute hidden gem. I love this place. My little guy & I go at least once a week after preschool pick up for a little mommy & me cookie date & it never disappoints. The tasty treats are always delicious (try the pumpkin loaf!!!), the atmosphere is really relaxing & super chill, & Drew is such a warm, kind human. He really is the star of the show. Always there with a smile on his face & happy to see anyone who walks in, genuinely a kind person. Doesn't happen often these days. Go to le mouton cafe, you won't be disappointed!!
This spot is a real gem, I've missed my opportunity to visit in past as they close at 4pm but now I make it a destination as part of my travels. Daily fresh pastries, full flavor & great combination of qualityingredients in their daily sandwiches & morning egg on pastry, great tasting coffee, & the best IMO are their gluten free cakes & muffins (not vegan though) make this a great spot to hop off the hwy for a 2 min detour when traveling between MTL & Ottawa or if you're just in the area for a day trip. The only thing to be aware is they close at 4pm so plan for it & not be disappointed.
This place is a gem. The coffee is top-notch-rich, smooth, & expertly made. But the real star? The homemade treats, baked fresh daily & absolutely huge. Think cookies, brownies, & pastries that are as big as they are delicious. Amazing staff, cozy vibe, & seriously satisfying portions, size does matter!!!!!
