Just discovered this little gem of a café in Rigaud. Food is delicious & fresh, the atmosphere is cozy & the owner is super friendly. Bonus: there are lots of local products for sale. Will definitely be returning!
This cafe exceeds expectations in every way possible. The food & the drinks are AMAZING! 😋 The service is always on point & the shop is super cute & cozy. I love it so much, i recommend it to literally everyone i meet.
We stumbled upon this cafe while looking for lunch on the drive from Ottawa to Montreal...it's absolutely worth getting off the highway to sample the creative bakery treats, drinks & lunch items. Friendly owner & a great atmosphere too...the town of Rigaud is fortunate to have this place.
Beautiful little café with a charming country feel decor. The coffee is excellent & the pastries are to die for. The owners are super welcoming as their service is. Highly recommend a visit! Will be back every chance I can! Perfection!

We had an opportunity to try their sandwiches & the two we tried were delicious. I loved the ambiance of the cafe, it's cozy, & it has a fireplace as well. The owners/staff are very welcoming. However, their coffee drinks need a bit of improvement. Truly a hidden gem, & worth a stop when heading towards Ottawa from Montreal
Detour a little way off the 40 for a delicious bite to eat in a cute cafe in Rigaud. Gluten free & vegan options available. Both sweet & savoury items on offer.

Dropped in with my young family for a coffee & hot chocolate... left with tons of home-baked goodies & a feeling of warm hospitality! This cozy cafe delivers on quality & service, & they offer great coffee (from local brulerie St Henri) plus soups, sandwiches, & delectable baked goods (a must try are their scones & pistachio/lemon cake)! The owners are also super friendly. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.
I stopped in yesterday for the first time & it was absolutely fantastic!! I purchased a sandwich, two cookies & a cafe mocha & it was honestly phenomenal. The cookies were amazing - a real treat!! The owner was so kind, showing me all the freshly baked / prepared items of the day versus just handing over the menu & letting me select on my own. I highly recommend this gem & I will definitely be going back!
Super cute hidden gem. I love this place. My little guy & I go at least once a week after preschool pick up for a little mommy & me cookie date & it never disappoints. The tasty treats are always delicious (try the pumpkin loaf!!!), the atmosphere is really relaxing & super chill, & Drew is such a warm, kind human. He really is the star of the show. Always there with a smile on his face & happy to see anyone who walks in, genuinely a kind person. Doesn't happen often these days. Go to le mouton cafe, you won't be disappointed!!
Really great find! Cute hipster cafe w a deliscious grilled cheese & the coffee is perfect. They didn't have much left but it is past 2pm.. great selection of beer too

We stopped at Mutton Café on our way from Montreal to Ottawa & absolutely loved it! The latte & chai latte were perfectly made, the croissants were fresh & flaky, & the peach pastry was simply delicious. Everything tasted so yummy. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, & the service was excellent-friendly & attentive. A wonderful stop along the route, highly recommend!
I've been here a few times now & it is my favourite café in the area.. the owners are so welcoming! I highly recommend the London Fog, & the hot & cold coffee based drinks are good too. Their scones are the perfect texture, & there's always a nice choice of baked goods & sandwiches. But the triple chocolate cookies are THE best cookie I've ever eaten, a bit of crunch on the outside & chewy on the inside. They have gluten free & vegan options too. 5 stars!
Highly recommend! Delicious! Good food & café with quality ingredients! Great service, the owner is so nice. Very welcoming & caring for his customers.
