J'ai découvert Le Mousso pour la première fois samedi & j'ai été impressionnée du début à la fin.
Nous avons choisi le menu dégustation du printemps & chaque plat était absolument délicieux. J'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner pour découvrir le menu d'été qui devrait faire son arrivée dans quelques semaines, selon ce que j'ai compris.
Les saveurs, la variété & l'originalité des créations étaient à couper le souffle. Chaque bouchée était une découverte.
Sans oublier l'ambiance unique, la présentation des plats par le chef avec une touche amusante, ainsi que le service exceptionnel de toute l'équipe. Je n'ai absolument rien de négatif à dire sur cette expérience.
Je recommande ce restaurant à tous ceux qui sont ouverts d'esprit & qui souhaitent sortir de leur zone de confort pour vivre une expérience culinaire différente & mémorable.
Personally I think the food was too expensive for the taste. Most of the dishes were too salty, & I already normally eat salty food. The staffs were really nice but they were more focus on tables that have more people, we waited almost 20-30 minutes to get the check at the end of the night.
Between emails, text messages, phone calls, they reached out easily over 5 times to make sure we will arrive for dinner despite we already said we would. I personally found this not too professional.
Overall it was a different dining experience but I don't think it was worth it, & probably won't recommend it.

En tant qu'épicuriens ayant visité de nombreux restaurants au fil des ans, le Mousso se classe sans hésitation parmi nos plus belles expériences. Chaque plat met en valeur des produits locaux & de saison avec une créativité & une richesse remarquables, tandis que les accords mets-vins sont tout simplement magistraux. La présence du chef pour présenter chaque création & les explications passionnées de la sommelière transforment le repas en véritable spectacle sensoriel. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation. 🍷✨
Une expérience tout simplement exceptionnelle au restaurant Mousso.
Du début à la fin, tout a dépassé mes attentes. Le service est d'une précision impressionnante : parfaitement synchronisé, fluide, attentif, sans jamais être rigide. On sent une véritable orchestration en salle.
Un moment particulièrement marquant est la présentation du menu par le chef propriétaire lui-même. Sa façon d'expliquer chaque plat est à la fois détaillée, humoristique & complètement atypique. C'est rafraîchissant, humain, & ça ajoute énormément à l'expérience.
Les mets sont recherchés, créatifs & parfaitement exécutés. L'ambiance est juste parfaite : chaleureuse, élégante sans être prétentieuse, avec des tables bien positionnées qui permettent de profiter pleinement du moment.
Bref, un parcours sans aucune fausse note.
Je dois dire que je ne comprends pas comment ce restaurant n'a pas encore obtenu une étoile Michelin. Est-ce que ce service digne d'un grand restaurant français est simplement camouflé par le côté « bonne franquette » du chef ? Je ne sais pas… mais une chose est certaine : je vous recommande fortement d'aller vivre l'expérience.
Selon moi c'est le restaurant qui représente le plus Montréal sur la scène internationale

C'est sans aucun doute l'une des expériences culinaires les plus marquantes & les plus savoureuses que j'ai vécues ces dernières années. Dès l'accueil, le service se distingue par sa chaleur, son attention & son professionnalisme. Les explications des plats sont à la fois claires, détaillées & teintées d'une touche d'originalité qui ajoute au plaisir de la découverte.
Chaque assiette témoigne d'un véritable travail de recherche, autant dans les saveurs que dans la présentation, avec des plats aussi raffinés que goûteux. Les accords mets-vins, parfaitement maîtrisés & intelligemment pensés, viennent sublimer l'ensemble de l'expérience.
Une table remarquable où tout est exécuté avec justesse & passion. Je recommande très vivement à toute personne en quête d'une expérience gastronomique mémorable.
My favorite restaurant on the island. The food is consistantly amazing. The ingredients are local. Everything is thought out: texture, tastes, presentation. There is a good amount of exploration, & the menu constantly evolves. The atmosphere is convivial: your meal is gently interrupted at every course for an explanation of the meal from the chef & the sommelier's choice. The whole place shouts a warm'Santé !' before getting back at it. Makes for great vibes. They also have a great non-alcoholic accord with you are trying to cut back on alcohol.

Wow! What a great atmosphere, spent a fabulous evening. Chef Antoine sets the tone & the rest of the team delivers. Incredible & attentionate service. The food is simply exceptional, the absolute best Montreal has to offer. Highly recommended!!
An excellent dinner & fun, presentation in both French & English was great, the chef is a fantastic host, wine pairings were top notch, lots of creativity on the plate. The service team was clearly very well trained & well coordinated. Would recommend that meal to anyone.
