C'était comme arrivé chez des amis qui t'attendent avec un p'tit drink d'entrée & des amuses bouche .
Le personnel fait tout de la cuisine au service avec une énergie contagieuse. Cécile la sommelière est super gentille & connaisseure & elle partage la Marche ( if you know, you know!!!) avec Antonin pour la présentation des vins & des plats.
Antonin c'est l'hôte le plus cool qui se fait, gentil , jasant & intéressant. La jeune brigade a le feu vert pour laisser aller son imagination & tenter des choses sous l'oeil attentif de son chef.
& que dire de cette expérience culinaire …. C'est beau, c'est bon & c'est local , wow !!! On est pas parti de là en restant sur notre faim …
On a apprécié découvrir les accords qui parfois nous surprennent mais il faut se laisser aller & faire confiance au gens.
Alors sans hésiter je vous recommande cet endroit pour une soirée vraiment le fun & sans prétention !
Ah oui j'ai bien apprécié le fait que malgré plusieurs clients anglophones , la description c'est fait en français à l'avant , mais Antonin & son équipe décrivait aussi à la table & ces hôtes ont pu être servi en anglais.

Do not eat here if you don't speak French. Le Mousso is clearly a restaurant with talented people in the kitchen. The presentation is beautiful, the ingredients are high quality, & several dishes were genuinely enjoyable.
Where the experience lost me was in the storytelling. Nearly every course came with a lengthy explanation, & over the course of the evening it became exhausting. I found myself wishing the food was allowed to speak for itself.
Many dishes also felt overcomposed. There were so many components & techniques that the main ingredient sometimes became difficult to identify. Rather than expressing a clear point of view, several courses felt busy, & I left remembering the complexity more than the flavors.
Service was polished but surprisingly impersonal. As a solo diner, I never felt anyone was interested in who I was or what had brought me there. Everything felt synchronized & efficient, but not particularly warm or intimate.
I can appreciate the ambition & technical skill behind what Le Mousso is doing, but for me, fine dining should create a connection between the kitchen, the service, & the guest. Tonight, despite some very good cooking, that connection never happened.
Just ate here & WOW! Incredible!! The food, the a service! Shout out to Jason our server..he made the experience memorable! We loved every dish especially the tea at the end of the service. We forgot our wallet on the table & a staff member ran down the street to find us & rerun it. 5 Stars!!

J'ai découvert Le Mousso pour la première fois samedi & j'ai été impressionnée du début à la fin.
Nous avons choisi le menu dégustation du printemps & chaque plat était absolument délicieux. J'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner pour découvrir le menu d'été qui devrait faire son arrivée dans quelques semaines, selon ce que j'ai compris.
Les saveurs, la variété & l'originalité des créations étaient à couper le souffle. Chaque bouchée était une découverte.
Sans oublier l'ambiance unique, la présentation des plats par le chef avec une touche amusante, ainsi que le service exceptionnel de toute l'équipe. Je n'ai absolument rien de négatif à dire sur cette expérience.
Je recommande ce restaurant à tous ceux qui sont ouverts d'esprit & qui souhaitent sortir de leur zone de confort pour vivre une expérience culinaire différente & mémorable.
La plus belle expérience culinaire de ma vie. J'y ai mangé le meilleur plat de ma vie, lièvre, foie gras & cèpes. Incroyable, j'en ai versé quelques larmes.
Personally I think the food was too expensive for the taste. Most of the dishes were too salty, & I already normally eat salty food. The staffs were really nice but they were more focus on tables that have more people, we waited almost 20-30 minutes to get the check at the end of the night.
Between emails, text messages, phone calls, they reached out easily over 5 times to make sure we will arrive for dinner despite we already said we would. I personally found this not too professional.
Overall it was a different dining experience but I don't think it was worth it, & probably won't recommend it.
Nous avons passé une très belle soirée au Mousso. Le personnel ainsi que les chefs étaient extrêmement accueillants, attentionnés & professionnels, ce qui a rendu l'expérience très agréable du début à la fin.
Les plats étaient délicieux, créatifs & préparés avec beaucoup de soin. Cela dit, compte tenu du prix demandé, nous nous attendions peut-être à être encore davantage impressionnés sur le plan gastronomique. Par ailleurs, le service & le déroulement du repas nous ont semblé assez longs.
Malgré cela, nous avons apprécié l'expérience dans son ensemble, notamment grâce à la gentillesse de toute l'équipe & à la qualité des plats. Merci pour votre accueil & votre passion.

En tant qu'épicuriens ayant visité de nombreux restaurants au fil des ans, le Mousso se classe sans hésitation parmi nos plus belles expériences. Chaque plat met en valeur des produits locaux & de saison avec une créativité & une richesse remarquables, tandis que les accords mets-vins sont tout simplement magistraux. La présence du chef pour présenter chaque création & les explications passionnées de la sommelière transforment le repas en véritable spectacle sensoriel. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation. 🍷✨
