Nous sommes allés a votre restaurant de laval hier soir.
Je veux vous exprimer a quel point notre expérience fut longue & déplorable.
Pour commencer on nous a servi tous les bols d'a coté froids!! Riz froid, patates froides, patates pillées froides & sauce au poivre froide c'etait genant. On a du attendre qu'on vienne nous voir pour demander des a coté chauds. Cela a pris au moins 20 minutes pour qu'on revienne avec les a cote chauds.
Au tout debut on a tout de suite commandé nos drinks dont 2 martini litchis qui sont arrivés 25 minutes plus tard… on nous servait des viandes mais on avait pas nos a coté ni nos drinks. La sauce au poivre ca a pris 40 minutes pour en avoir une chaude.
Les martinis. Litchi avaient des cerises dedans au lieu de litchis!! En plus un des martini etait tres fort & l'autre juste sucré.
Juste ca c'est assez pour ne pas etres heureux mais ca a continué.. on a du demander a 4 personnes differentes pour reussir a recevoir un seven up facilement 40 minutes apres qu'on ait demandé on avait presque fini de manger. On a solidement manqué de service ce soir.
Plusieurs viandes cuites comme du jerky & d'autres juste pas assez cuites ultra saignantes.
J'ai du aller me chercher sel poivre ketchup par moi meme a une table vide.
Il a fallu demander au serveur des pains a l'ail car les gars ne faisaient que servir les tables du fond avec des pains a l'ail.
Notre première fois chez vous & surement la derniere si c'est ca Le Milsa!!
J'etais pret a publier des vidéos & des photos sur mes reseaux mais je ne peux pas car on va me demander si on a aimé & la réponse serait non.
La au final rendu au moment de payer votre terminal allait tellement mal je n'osais pas choisir le taux de pourboire car en réalité ca ne méritait pas beaucoup mais j'ai du me résigner a accepter votre montant de 18% forcé comme premier choix. Je trouves cela un peu pas gené de votre part de ne pas offrir le

Ca doit etre notre choix le pourboire 15-18-20% & aussi montant choisi. En plus le serveur a mis le montant de la facture avec taxes ce n'est plus légal de faire cela.
Vraiment décu pour un souper de fete des meres a $300!!!View more

I don't know where to start. I suppose with the bad stuff which is the MOST I have ever experienced at a restaurant. We wanted to go to a churrascaria, which we've been to many times & know exactly what to expect. This place is AT BEST a wannabe churrascaria, run by, what I think are Arabs instead as I did not see a Portuguese person working there. Full disclosure, for the price, on their website listed as $60/per person, but in reality, they charge $65/per person, FYI, I am comparing them with Texas du Brazil which, depending on location, is still one of the best I've experienced. The BAD stuff: it started with my question, where is the buffet for the sides, as advertised on their website, answered, "We do not have a buffet as we don't have space. We bring you as many sides as you need so we don't waste them." Their sides ONLY included rice, mashed potatoes, iceberg salad, red beet, french & sweet fries, that's it! Now to the "meats". When I asked, I was told there were 14 kinds, in reality, they served at most 8 & all low grade, definitely NOT worth $65. $30 at best!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my mother-in-law, who was with us, incidentally. You do get full here, don't get me wrong, but it's not worth the $65 & you're not eating any quality meats, maybe 1 or 2 of the 8 kinds/types. There are no women servers or workers, ONLY Arab men. The place felt like conmen ran it. The servers, with a couple of exceptions, looked very criminal. The non-alcoholic drinks were $8 (expensive?), & a pint of beer was $10. You judge. Now to the "dance show". The two samba/Brazilian dancers came close when we got there, maybe around 830, the music started blaring, they started dancing, so-so, nothing wow, I've seen samba dancers a few times, got people to dance, it all lasted half an hour & they left!!! I have been to restaurants where they advertise "live music", "live shows", usually the show goes for a while, half an hour or so, then they take a break, then they come again & so on ALL NIGHT!!! NOT here. They're also probably "trying to save money" on that experience. SO!!! I wouldn't go here for the meats, I wouldn't go here for the show. Although we sat inside, the patio outside looked nice. I would maybe JUST go to get drinks outside, although you can probably find much better & nicer places in Montreal. THE GOOD STUFF: NOTHING!

The food was amazing & the service even better, the people were really nice & helpful, the atmosphere was real one of a kind especially here in Canada with the music dancing & the way they serve their food (which the quantity they serve is amazing they rly don't skimp on the amount!!!) the meats were succulent & juicy & came in some different types of ways (garlic cheese...Ect) the sides were also surprisingly tasty & varied but also very cultural & different from what you're used to eating here but that didn't take away from the fact that they were delicious & i kept asking for more even when I was full. The beautiful & nice Soraya was also one of the many reasons I'd like to come back she was very sweet & very helpful & made us feel like we were at home. via LibroFood was ok there was a lot of fat on the meat , the steak was tough beef was very good. Drinks were very good. Found it very expensive for type of food. Ambiance was nice. Didn't like that our table was in the corner of the restaurant. I also didn't like that it wasn't our waiter who came to bring us the bill. Was an experience wouldn't come back. I feel like O really overpaid for this quality of food. Wouldn't recommend

The service was actually impressive. We ate well. They don't try to skimp on food it really is all you can eat & for the price I do find that it's worth it. On top of it they have dancers as of about 9 pm; the atmosphere is truly unique compared to other restaurants. The food was great, well cooked, the drinks were also amazing. You were not rushed to leave your table after a certain time & there was even a mini party afterwards with dancing. What more could you ask for? Best place I've been to in a while...View more

via LibroI reserved online & asked for a booth & mentioned that it's the first time going there for my friends...they did everything & more! We got a nice booth...the amazing talented Samba dancers pulled us to the dance floor with them...we had amazing food & drinks..& my friends were super super excited & impressed by everything 💕 I recommend a 100%, it's the best place for a fun night out.
