Le temps de service est vraiment très très long. Coût versus produit dans l'assiette à diminuer. C'était vraiment meilleur avant. L'expérience n'est plus ce qu'elle était auparavant pour ce resto. Désolé j'étais une fan avant .... plus maintenant.

Tout était parfait & délicieux! Le seul bémol: ça a été long avant de recevoir nos plats (1h). Sinon bravo à toute l'équipe pour le nouveau menu!

My table ordered the beef tartare with the chorizo, the caesar salad, the shrimps, & the 92$ plateau. All of the entrées were good, except for the beef tartare wich was served with some untoasted soft white bread. The tartare itself was pretty good, but i think it needs to be mentioned that it is served without croutons because it was a big disappointment. The plateau was served in two parts. The first one with the ribs & the beef rib was good. The beef rib was way too salty but overall very tender & juicy. The second part of the plateau was supposed to be chicken & duck, sadly after finishing the first part of the plateau the server told us they had no duck & they would substitute the duck for more ribs. There also barely was chicken on the second part of the plateau (wich was terribly dry), so mostly just more ribs.
The service was great! The server acknowledged that there were problems with the menu due to new owners & was very happy to make our meal as pleasant as he could!
Overall the meat we got was very very good, but it would've been nice to get everything we ordered on the menu.

ça fais plusieurs fois que j'essaie de vous donner une chance de vous rattraper car j'adore votre nourriture ! mais le service honnêtement est disons le à travailler !

nourriture froide , commander un repas qui es inscrit sur le menu mais à la réception de celle-ci il n'avais pas les items indiquer !

c'est terminer après 3 essaies je ne reviendrais plus !
