C'est un très bel endroit & très bonne nourriture.
Seul bémol.. pour une grande réception d'un mariage avec beaucoup de monde, pas de salle assez grande pour réunir l'ensemble des invités tous ensemble. ( 3 salles int, 1 ext.)

Excellente nourritures mais peut-être pas à la hauteur du prix (65$ agneau ou risotto fruit de mer). Serveuse trop occupée ou peu présente. La musique jurait avec le cadre sophistiqué voire romantique de l'endroit.

Nous avons soupé au Castel samedi le 23 août sur la terrasse avant du restaurant. Nous étions 2 couples. La terrasse était confortable mais un peu trop sombre a notre goût. Le restaurant semblait a moitié vide (5 tables seulement pour un samedi soir. Nous étions dans les derniers a quitter le restaurant vers 21h00. Le personnel semblait pressé de nous servir (il n'y avait pourtant que 5 tables d'occupé pour l'ensemble du bâtiment...). Le personnel manquait d'expérience &/ou de curiosité afin de bien cibler les goûts des gens a notre table. Nous avons partagé la tour terre & mer a 4 personnes. La quantité était suffisante. Toutefois, rien ne se démarquait vraiment du lot. Le potage quant à lui & les entrées étaient bonnes. Le sommelier ne semblait pas maîtriser ses accords mets & vins.
