Papou & his friends are trying to make this place a big viral sensation, but the reality is that it's absolutely horrendous food. Stupidly, we ordered some pizzas after a couple of'influencers' posted about it, but this is barely a cut above Costco pizza. BARELY.
The dough is 1/2' inch thick & cough medicine tastes better than their sauce. That's basically all you can control & you got that wrong! Throw on the pepperoni & cheese you bought, & voila, the'best pizza in Laval'.
Boring, frozen, cookie cutter onion rings & fries. Post a negative thought on IG? They'll block you so everyone goes back to seeing upbeat music & self-labeled'Best pizza in Laval?' videos, primarily liked by their own family members. Seriously, back to the drawing board for this place, & actually put some effort because as is, the food is absolutely horrific.
Ordered a couple of medium , all dressed pizzas. I was stunned. One of the better pizzas in Laval. The french fries were still crunchy! This place was 20 minutes from our home, & the fries & pizza arrived warm. Very delicious meal with the family. Will have to try dining in.
First time here & oh my god 🤤🤤🤤 their hot honey pizza with a side of ranch is amazing to die for you have to ask for the hot honey but trust me so worth it, we did not wait long at all! Super nice people I felt very welcomed it was so yummy I would definitely recommend coming here all the food looked really good but this was one of the best pizzas I've had in a very long time , but I did today
20 h 30 le vendredi 20 mars. On décide d'essayer Le Cartier, connu sur les réseaux sociaux. Jamais été & nous habitons Laval depuis 22 ans (!).
La place ressemble à un petit « Diner de luxe », par contre, certains recouvrements de banquette sont endommagés ou craquelés… À changer.
Un jeune homme arrive rapidement. L'accueuil est plutôt mécanique que chaleureux… C'est un autre qui viendra prendre la commande. Les deux ne se présentent pas.
On commande une petite pizza végétarienne avec une frite sauce. Les prix sont salés. Une pizza bambino + une petite salade césar sur la table d'hôte est 26 $ (!!!). Ouf! La petite pizza (10 po) est 21 $. Service & taxes exclus bien sûr.
La pizza arrive rapidement avant la frite sauce. Le nouveau serveur nous sert très rapidement une pointe dans chaque assiette. Je me dépêche de lui demander des chili flakes avant qu'il parte! Ne demande pas si nous avons besoin d'autre chose (parmesan, huile, etc.).
La pizza est une pizza de type « maison », notamment la croûte, qui est plus du type croustillant que tendre. Donc, si vous aimez les pizzas avec croûtes dures, bien c'est là (!!!). Le fromage est abondant, mais ça manque de toppings pour une pizza végé : peu de champignons, peu d'oignons, goût d'ail absent ou finale d'herbes fraîches inexistante.
Une bonne pizza chaude. Sans plus.
La frite sauce arrive. Rien à redire. Frites excellentes qui sortent de la friteuse. Top notch.
La bière Heineken 00 [sans alcool] est « borderline » & pas vraiment fraîche [date de production : juillet 2025]. Btw, c'est une des pires bières sans alcool sur le marché & très sucrée. Michelob Ultra [légère], Boréale [blonde] & Sober Carpenter [blonde] sont excellentes. Juste des suggestions pour des bières sans alcool…
Une pizza 10 po, une frite sauce, une bière 00 [sans alcool] & 1 café = 50 $ (!!!).
Ça le vaut? Pas vraiment… C'est cher. Très cher même.
Le service est mécanique & sans attentions également. À revoir chez vos serveurs. Être proactif & affable.
On retournera? Pas sûr… La pizza Salvatoré - à mon goût à moi - est meilleure, & coûte une fraction du prix. Je comprends qu'un Take-Out & un Diner ne se comparent pas vraiment, mais c'est ça.
Le restaurant est tranquille toutefois & l'ambiance correcte. La toilette H était sale & date d'une autre époque…
J'ai vu la publicité & idées sur Facebook de leurs pizzas, j'en ai mangé une au restaurant. Très ordinaire & très chère. Terminé pour moi. Je suis Montréalais & j'ai 60 ans. C'est impossible de trouver une bonne pizza comme j'ai connu, surtout depuis la pandémie. Tous les restaurants essaient de sauver sur la qualité & la quantité tout en augmentant le coût. .

Je suis allée au resto a cause d'une annonce sur Facebook & franchement je ne savais pas a quoi m'attendre & quelle fut ma surprise. J'ai commande la pizza le cartier #1 avec olive sans oignon & je suis tellement heureuse de mon choix, le service a la clientèle magnifique, les dames étaient extraordinaire . Vraiment ca vaut le déplacement je vais y retourner c'est sûr 🥰😋😋
Pizza bien garnie, sauf en fromage...Sauce qui contient trop de sucre. Service par des jeunes garçons sans façon, & aucune ambiance musicale ou autre. De plus, manger à côté des filles du patrons qui écoutent leurs vidéos tiktoks, c'est assez ordinaire.
Pizza was ok. Wasn't what I ordered at all & when I called to see if there was a mix up with my order the girls who answer the phone were extremely rude. Not the best way to treat paying customers.

The food was excellent & very reasonably priced. We honestly loved every dish we ordered. The pizza was a standout - super delicious, with a perfectly crispy, yummy crust & very generous toppings!
Overall, a great brunch place that's definitely worth visiting!
?I used to be as loyal as a customer gets. For a long time, I ordered two large or XL pizzas every single week. The drivers knew my house & the staff knew my order by heart.
?That loyalty ended the day I was quoted a higher price than usual. When I questioned it, I was told the price hadn't gone up. I explained what I had paid every week for a very longtime, & the man on the phone told me it was'impossible.' Even when I offered to show my bank statements or creditcard statements to prove my history as a regular & the cost i was paying litterally the week before, he doubled down & refused to believe me.
?The kicker? I checked their own website while on the phone, & the discounted price was listed right there. When I pointed this out, he told me it was'old pricing' & refused to honor it. I did t go through with the order.
?I later found out I was speaking with the owner's son. It's a shame that a business would rather'be right' over a few dollars than keep a customer who guaranteed them 52 orders a year. I haven't spent a dime here since, & I don't plan to. If you value being treated like a person rather than an'impossible' liar, go elsewhere.
En general bon, mais lorsquil sagit de certain plat comme fettucini alfredo oufff ces soit super bon ou juste un bol de lait avec des pattes... 2iem fois que ca arrive, la premiere fois il on dit quil navait plus de creme alor il ont prit du lait.... jimaginne que ces encore ca qui vien darriver. Dans ces temp la vous dite au client quil ny a plus de fettucini pour aujourdhui.....
