Loved the ice cream & the unique flavours! Was so much fun to get to see all the combos you could get. The only issue is that the menu is extremely hard to read & very overwhelming.

Not a good experience. I got the Oreo sundae because it looked amazing & I LOVE Oreo ice cream. It was, unfortunately, a letdown. The soft serve was too cold with ice crystals & was thin tasting, nothing at all like the rich, custardy soft serve I've always enjoyed in this city. The Oreo "dust" is a big mistake- adds only an unpleasant sandy texture to the sundae. Finally, this came to something like $10.45 & I handed the employee a 20 & a loonie, hoping to get back a 10 & the change that I'd put in the "pour boire" cup. She pushed me back the loonie & then gave me a five with a pile of change, which I was trying to avoid with the first combination! I asked her to please give me a 10 after I gave her a five, two toonies & a loonie, & she said she couldn't open the register back up. WHY DID SHE DO THIS? No apology for what was her mistake.
I can't say that I get the hype. I got the mocaccino swirl, it's chocolat ice cream swirled with caramel mocha ice cream. Both flavours tasted like nothing & the ice cream was quite icy, not very smooth & creamy. Quite expensive but big portions. Service was quick & nice
C'est bon, mais cher. Il faut s'y attendre étant donné la location qui a pignon sur rue. Bon service. Beau décor, cependant la propreté pourrait être améliorée (murs sales, toiles d'araignée, plafonniers poussièreux, etc.)
I absolutely love this ice cream shop! I go to it all the time. The sorbet is delicious, & the churros are a mouthwatering addition to ice cream/sorbet that I have never seen before. I highly recommend this place, not to mention it is also kid friendly with smaller ice cream options.
Popped into this ice cream shop on a hot day & got the Mango flavoured one. It was extra delicious, it came with a swirl & only got the small cause the portions are big. Cute little spot & their decorations are cool too.
This is a cool ice cream shop with some exotic & creative yet good-looking & tasty flavours, the interior design looks charming & cozy & it really is The service is quite well the only room for improvement can be a better washroom even a second isn't bad at all especially if you consider the volume of customers at busy times. Overall, it is a nice place to hang out with friends & family members in a hot summer afternoon
L'endroit est idéal pour faire une pause après avoir parcouru le boulevard Mont-Royal à pied. La glace était correcte, & le service également. Seule remarque, avec cette chaleur étouffante, je m'attendais à ce que la boutique soit climatisée pour me rafraîchir :/ . & jetais pas le seul plusieurs clients suffoqués en attendant leurs tours.
