Really love this place, cozy vibes, good service & great food. Just wish they'd stay open past 9pm, & their tables weren't so stuck together (it's hard to go in & out of the banquette due to the size of the tables). We found their cucumber salad too salty/one note. Otherwise, the mini beef pho, chicken spring roll, & the tofu vermicelli bowl all delicious. Not to mention those tasty desserts!

The 20$ Pork Bun lunch deal is out of this world. The pork is smoky & sweet. Generous portions & kind service 💯💯
Perfect, food delicious. The music wasn't annoying & I was able to have a conversation with my friend. The staff were so nice. Again the food is all worth it

The food was delicious. I went there with a friend for the first time yesterday & I didn't regret my decision. The waiter was really nice & the atmosphere was good. My only complaint would be the cold water from the bathroom faucet. Other than that, everything was perfect. 👌🏾

Endroit convivial, & soupe Pho excellente!! L'équipe est jeune, souriante, & très serviable. Rapport qualité prix très bon, car aujourd'hui c'est très difficile de trouver un restaurant bon & raisonnable en prix. Le Bay Ca Phe est à recommander vivement !
Le goût de la soupe Pho ici ressemble tellement à celui du Vietnam . J'arbore.Parcontre le reste de la carte est pas terrible.
