I knew I had a problem when the young lady working the phone recognized my voice.
I used to work two minutes away so I'd order the chicken bun & sesame balls. So good.
Sitting inside is cozy & friendly & if you can dodge the ubisoft lunch brigade that has ruined going out for lunch all over the neighbourhood all the better.
The pho is soooo damn goooooddd one of the best I've ever had in the entire north east 🤩 the tai nam pho truly healed me after a long day, & their bay ca phe cocktail is such a treat! I will be back for more!

I'm trying this eatery for the first time (Le Bay Café). Every dish was wonderful. The sauce was excellent. The special Pho was delicious. One of Montreal's best Pho, in my opinion. The service was timely & of high quality. I shall return once again
This is indeed authentic Vietnamese. Loved the lunch service, amazing pho, & main dishes. The atmosphere is super zen & calm, even when busy! I would recommend for sure..!
Delicious pho soup(had the rare beef) & grilled beef bun( vegetable spring rolls that came with it was meh) tofu vermicelli pho from one of our members was very yummy. Sizes were smaller than what we are used to in Toronto but items here were more fragrant.
WOW this place is so delicious, I'm so sad that it's not in my hometown (Toronto). As a vegetarian, it's not easy to find Vietnamese places that have options for me. But almost every dish has a protein option of fried tofu. I got tofu vermicelli & by default the fried spring rolls that come with it are vegetarian. Everything was SO delicious, & everyone I was with also loved what they got (beef pho, grilled beef vermicelli). Will definitely come back again next time I'm in Montreal! Vibe of the place was very cool & modern, & waiters were nice as well.
Chanced upon this restaurant while on a quick visit to Montreal & this one is a true gem! The beef rib pho is to die for! It's a cozy spot with great ambience & lovely music. Maya was our server & she was just so kind & warm! :) Definitely coming back!
Our favourite Vietnamese place! Phenomenal Pho & Banh Mi! Staff is kind & welcoming. Lunch special is a great option for warming yourself up on cold winter days.
Really love this place, cozy vibes, good service & great food. Just wish they'd stay open past 9pm, & their tables weren't so stuck together (it's hard to go in & out of the banquette due to the size of the tables). We found their cucumber salad too salty/one note. Otherwise, the mini beef pho, chicken spring roll, & the tofu vermicelli bowl all delicious. Not to mention those tasty desserts!
Endroit convivial, & soupe Pho excellente!! L'équipe est jeune, souriante, & très serviable. Rapport qualité prix très bon, car aujourd'hui c'est très difficile de trouver un restaurant bon & raisonnable en prix. Le Bay Ca Phe est à recommander vivement !
