I placed an order through DoorDash, but there was an issue during delivery, so I had to place a new order. After that, I waited for an incredibly long time without understanding the reason for the delay. Every few minutes, a new delivery driver would be assigned to the order, only to leave shortly afterward.
I decided to call the restaurant to find out what was going on, & I was shocked by the response. The restaurant told me that they thought the order was a duplicate, so they decided to cancel it on their own. Instead of confirming with the customer or contacting DoorDash, they simply canceled the order without any communication.
What makes this even more frustrating is that they could clearly see multiple drivers continuing to be assigned to the order, which should have been an obvious indication that there was an issue that needed attention.
To make matters worse, after I explained that I had already been waiting for over four hours, instead of trying to help or find a solution, I was told,'It's not our problem, & we're closing anyway.'
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, accountability, & basic respect for customers is extremely disappointing.
The place has a nice layout, clean tables & a cool authentic vibe, though it was pretty quiet when we walked in only about two other tables were taken. The cashier was super nice & suggested the massive grill platter ( chicken shish, kebabs) for three, which comes loaded with both fries & rice, the meat taste was not something special, it is average, we didn't feel the spices & It took about 20 minutes to get the food, but the overall service was really welcoming! But overall is positive experience in general.

Thé a volonté
& la merveille un ptit coin mosquée pour faire sa prière c'ést très bien pensé.
Place impeccable pour les familles.
Des réservations de groupe ou individuel
C'était une belle expérience.
Deux point a améliorer :
1) La lenteur : Ça prend 15 min pour vous servir.
2) quantité de viande pas mal faible.

I recently visited this Afghan restaurant & unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The food quality was poor & did not meet expectations. The chicken & meat did not taste good, & the portion of meat was very small & mixed in a way that made it hard to enjoy. Instead of a natural meat flavor, it was mostly overwhelmed with spices.
The rice was also below average, which was surprising for an Afghan restaurant. The only item that was somewhat edible was the fries.
The service was also lacking. The table was not cleaned before we sat down, & no one came to clean or check on us after we started eating. This made the experience feel uncomfortable & unprofessional.
Another strange point was that payment was required before eating, which felt unusual.
On top of all that, the price was very high - around $70 for a mixed meat dish - which definitely did not match the quality or portion size.
Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.

J'avais déjà visité ce restaurant auparavant, & le prix du plat familial était logique par rapport à la quantité offerte (brochettes, viande, etc.). Aujourd'hui, nous avons revisité le même restaurant & commandé le même plat, mais nous avons remarqué que les quantités avaient diminué avec le meme prix, ce qui est décevant.
En plus de cela, l'attitude de la fille & du gars qui travaillent sur place n'était pas accueillante. Nous comprenons que certaines journées peuvent être chargées & stressantes, mais un simple sourire ou quelques mots gentils peuvent vraiment faire toute la différence & améliorer l'expérience des clients.
The food was fantastic, as always & this time the service was especially impressive. Our waiter checked in on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The food & atmosphere were both excellent.

The plates are huge & very tasty! The prices are great & the quality too! We are definitely going back! The young man behind the counter saw my son wanted ice cream so he gave it to him & insisted to be on the house which was very sweet & generous from him! Thank you so much for that! You won't regret going there! Very spacious & clean as well!

I found the restaurant very clean & food was delicious. But I want to highlight the restaurant staff welcoming nature. There were small candy coin machine for kids. My kids wanted to have candy but I did not have coins to put in the machine. I asked the staff if I could pay by card & obtain coins, they can't as it's against policy. But then the staff gave my kids 2$ coins from his tip jar to get candy which made my kids v happy. Good job guys!
The food is tasty, portions are generous, & prices are affordable. It's mainly for big families & has a casual vibe.
However, there's definitely room for improvement with the delivery service they use (DoorDash or Skip). I didn't receive my order initially & had to call several times to check where it was. I was told the restaurant wasn't responsible for delivery issues, even though there's an extra $7 delivery charge, which was frustrating from a customer perspective.
Interestingly enough, about 3 minutes after I requested a refund, the delivery driver arrived to the restaurant. The staff asked if I still wanted the refund, & instead we agreed on a complimentary appetizer to help make up for the long wait, which was appreciated.
The expected 15 min for delivery took 1h. I won't tip nxt time until the end. Food was good but warmish since it stand on the counter for 20 min+.
Overall, the food quality is good, but better coordination & accountability with delivery partners is strongly recommended to improve customer experience.
Je donnerai 0 étoiles à la serveuse, vraiment service pas acceuillant dutout & même très irrespectueuse . J'ai commendé trois plats hier le lundi 6 avril sur place, donc on mange avec mes enfants, a la fin finalement il me reste un plat & demi qu'on a pas consommer je demande a la serveuse de me donner deux boîtes à emporter, elle me romaine une. Je lui dit gentiment svp j'ai demandé deux ( sachant que elle parleavec une voixtrèsbasse & le son fort de la musique: peutêtreje n'aipas bien entendu) , elle me répond avec un temps irrespectueux je vous ai dit je vais en chercher une autre, vous n'avez pas entendu je crois !!
Vraiment très choqué par le service....
