I have been to this location on L'Acadie many times in the past & first time i face this . Today, I came with a group of 12, & they set up the table very carelessly. There was zero service. When I went to the counter, the chubby lady approached me in a harsh voice as if I had done something wrong, stating that it was self-serve. I said okay, but there were no glasses or water available for me to self-serve. This service is beyond imagination, especially considering I brought guests. Please focus in customer service with nice smile & face people who cares for their clients. I am extremely embararsed infront of my guest . Never again.

Je viens de manger ici ce soir. La nourriture est répugnante. J'ai eu quelque chose qui ressemble a deux saucisses supposement un melange de boeuf & poulet. Je m'attendais a des morceau de boeuf & poulet pas deux truc qui ressemble a des saucisses. Vraiment pas bon. Le riz goutte les poishich . Les frites un truc que j'aurai pu sortie de mon four. Tres chère & pas bon.

Très déçu par l'attitude de la gestionnaire, qui a fait preuve d'un réel manque de respect & de professionnalisme.

Nous étions deux. À la caisse, on nous informe que le format pour deux personnes n'existe plus. Nous prenons donc un format pour une personne avec un extra, en pensant avoir trouvé une solution.

Lorsque nous demandons simplement un peu plus de riz, la gestionnaire nous répond sèchement : « Vous êtes deux & vous avez commandé pour une personne » & « Vous mangez ce que vous avez payé ».

Au moment de partir, nous demandons à la caissière comment commander correctement pour deux personnes. La gestionnaire intervient à nouveau de manière agressive. Finalement, elle se rend compte que le format pour deux n'existe effectivement plus dans le menu… mais ne présente aucune excuse & garde le même ton.

Refuser un supplément est une chose. Parler aux clients avec mépris en est une autre.

Une attitude qui mérite clairement d'être revue. Le respect & la courtoisie devraient être la base, surtout de la part d'une personne responsable de l'établissement.

Extremely disappointing experience. I would NEVER recommend this restaurant.
We paid around $130 for a family of five - two adults & three children - & honestly, we arrived hungry & left hungry.
The portions were shockingly small for the price. There was barely any meat, & what was presented as kofta tasted & looked more like a vegetable omelette than actual kofta. For five people, they brought us only four small pieces of bread - not even enough for one hungry child.
The food quality was very disappointing, the portions were inadequate, & the service was poor. For $130, we expected a proper family meal, not to leave the restaurant still looking for something to eat.
One of the worst restaurant experiences we have had. Terrible value for money, disappointing food, & poor service.
I would never, ever recommend this place

Very disappointed by the manager's attitude, which showed a clear lack of respect & professionalism.

There were two of us. At the cashier, we were told that the two-person meal option was no longer available. We therefore ordered a one-person meal with an extra, thinking this was the appropriate solution.

When we simply asked if we could have a little more rice, the manager responded in a very disrespectful tone, saying,'There are two of you & you ordered a meal for one,' followed by,'You eat what you paid for.'

Before leaving, we went back to the cashier to ask what we were supposed to order in order to get a proper meal for two. The manager intervened again, speaking to us in an unnecessarily aggressive manner. Eventually, she realized that the two-person option was indeed no longer on the menu - but she never apologized & continued speaking to us in the same tone.

Refusing an extra portion is one thing. Speaking to customers disrespectfully is another.

The whole situation could have been handled very simply with a clear explanation & basic courtesy. Unfortunately, the manager's attitude completely ruined the experience.
