Je n'ai jamais eu une expérience aussi mauvaise dans un restaurant. La dame à l'accueil était extrêmement agressive & parlait très mal aux clients. Elle ne prenait même pas le temps d'expliquer correctement le menu & regardait les gens de travers chaque fois qu'elle passait devant notre table. Son attitude était vraiment désagréable & nous mettait très mal à l'aise.
Le pire a été au moment de payer. Personnellement, je ne souhaitais pas laisser de pourboire parce que je n'avais tout simplement pas apprécié le service. Pourtant, cette dame m'a clairement mise sous pression & m'a obligée à laisser un tip. Un pourboire est volontaire & devrait dépendre de l'expérience du client.
Lorsque nous avons essayé d'en parler au manager, au lieu de prendre notre plainte au sérieux, on nous a répondu que cette dame travaillait là depuis 20 ans & qu'il n'y avait rien à faire. Elle nous a également dit, en parlant du pourboire, qu'elle « payait les taxes » & que son argent allait au gouvernement, comme si cela justifiait le fait de demander ou d'imposer un pourboire aux clients.
Je trouve cette façon de traiter les clients complètement inacceptable. On peut comprendre qu'une personne soit fatiguée ou qu'il puisse y avoir des journées difficiles, mais cela ne justifie pas de parler agressivement aux clients, de les regarder de travers ou de les mettre sous pression pour obtenir un pourboire.
C'était une expérience extrêmement désagréable, au point où nous avons eu l'impression de vivre un véritable cauchemar. Je ne reviendrai absolument jamais dans ce restaurant & je déconseille fortement cet endroit si vous recherchez un service respectueux & accueillant.

I have never had such a terrible experience at a restaurant. The woman at the front desk was extremely aggressive & spoke very disrespectfully to the customers. She didn't even take the time to properly explain the menu & kept giving people dirty looks every time she walked past our table. Her attitude was extremely unpleasant & made us feel very uncomfortable.
The worst part was when it was time to pay. Personally, I did not want to leave a tip because I simply did not enjoy the service. However, this woman clearly pressured me & made me feel like I had no choice but to leave a tip. A tip is supposed to be voluntary & should reflect the quality of the service received.
When we tried to speak to the manager about the situation, instead of taking our complaint seriously, we were told that this woman had been working there for 20 years & that there was nothing they could do. She also told us, regarding the tip, that she'pays taxes' & that her money goes to the government, as if that justified asking customers for a tip or pressuring them into leaving one.
I find this way of treating customers completely unacceptable. We understand that people can have difficult days, but that does not justify speaking aggressively to customers, giving them dirty looks, or pressuring them to leave a tip.
It was an extremely unpleasant experience, to the point where we felt like we were living through a nightmare. I will absolutely never come back to this restaurant, & I strongly discourage anyone from going there if you are looking for respectful & welcoming customer service.
Expérience absolument horrible. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très mal accueillis par une dame âgée à l'accueil : attitude désagréable, agressive & aucune amabilité. Les explications concernant le reçu n'étaient pas claires & le service client était franchement déplorable.
Mais le pire est arrivé au moment de payer. Comme nous n'avions pas laissé de pourboire en raison de la mauvaise qualité du service, cette dame nous a fait tout un scandale & nous a agressés verbalement. Un pourboire est censé récompenser un bon service, pas être exigé sous la pression !
Nous avons signalé son comportement au propriétaire, qui nous a répondu qu'il ne pouvait « rien faire » parce qu'elle travaillait là depuis 20 ans. Une réponse complètement incompréhensible : l'ancienneté ne devrait jamais justifier un comportement irrespectueux envers les clients.
Je mets 1 étoile uniquement parce qu'il est impossible d'en mettre 0.

Our experience was horrible. From the moment we arrived, we were treated very poorly by an older woman at the front. She was rude, aggressive, & extremely unwelcoming. She also did a very poor job of explaining the receipt, & the customer service was simply unacceptable.
The worst part happened when it was time to pay. We decided not to leave a tip because we were unhappy with the service, & she made a huge scene about it & became verbally aggressive toward us. A tip is supposed to reward good service - it should never be demanded or expected through pressure or intimidation.
We reported her behavior to the owner, & his response was that he'couldn't do anything' because she had been working there for 20 years. That is absolutely unbelievable. Working somewhere for 20 years does not give anyone the right to disrespect or mistreat customers.
I'm giving 1 star only because Google doesn't allow me to give 0.
AVOID THIS PLACE. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. There are plenty of other restaurants where customers are treated with basic respect.
Normalement je suis très satisfaite des mets de ce resto.
Samedi dernier j'ai commandé un club poulet grillé en livraison & j'ai reçu un club tout mouillé dans une boîte humide avec des frites froides & le poulet était rare dans le club qui coûte plus cher que l'ordinaire.

Très déçue de mon expérience.Il manquait un Pepsi & une frite.
En plus, lorsque nous avons signalé un problème avec notre commande, le boss a insisté pour dire que nous n'avions pas commandé les trios, alors que nous avions bel & bien commandé deux trios : un burger au poulet & un pita au poulet. Au lieu d'écouter le client & de chercher une solution, ils ont obstinément contredit ma mère.
Très déçue de mon expérience. Le poulet était rose à l'intérieur, donc je n'ai pas pu le manger, ce qui est inacceptable pour de la volaille.En plus d'une patate pas cuit.
Service décevant & nourriture préoccupante. Je n'y retournerai pas.
What a find! Other side of the Village, very quiet but deserves to be way busier. Super friendly staff, patient with my poor French & very restorative poutine. My first so will edit if I find better but I can't believe it can be beat.
