First time at Lady Porcelaine & it was such a great experience. Food was really good as well. The owner took the time to greet my friends & I & explained everything from food to etiquette for tea time. We came here for my friend's engagement party & they definitely treated her like a queen. Definitely recommend coming here for a true tea time experience.
I had an absolutely wonderful high tea experience at Lady Porcelaine. From the moment I walked in, I was enchanted by the beautiful decor - elegant, charming, & full of character. Every detail created such a warm & inviting atmosphere.
The food was exceptional, with delicious savory bites & beautifully prepared sweets that made the experience feel truly special. The teas were equally impressive, offering a lovely selection that perfectly complemented the menu.
What truly made the visit unforgettable, though, was the staff. They were incredible - fun-loving, attentive, fabulous, & genuinely welcoming. They went above & beyond to make my friend's birthday as special & memorable as it could possibly be, & their kindness & enthusiasm added so much joy to the celebration.
A perfect place for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable & elegant high tea experience. I cannot wait to return!
Nous avons organisé un bachelorette pour notre amie chez Lady Porcelaine & nous avons eu une expérience exceptionnelle ! Les thés servis sont d'une grande qualité. La nourriture est délicieuse. Le local est décoré avec goût & on se sent transporté dans le temps. La propriétaire est une femme exceptionnelle & une vraie artiste. Je suis tellement contente de savoir qu'un aussi beau lieu existe & je lui souhaite beaucoup de succès ! J'ai très hâte d'y retourner :)
Wow, just came back from a most wonderful tea service with my wife, the staff was extremely helpful, the whole vibe of the place was great. Beautiful decor, excellent food, well chosen teas & snacks. Plenty of gorgeous photo areas. Don't forget the vintage, beautiful bone china you get to pick yourself (amateurs of the antique roadshow keep your eyes peeled)
Prendre le thé au Lady Porcelaine est une expérience incroyable de l'accueil à la sortie! Tout le personnel ainsi que la propriétaire sont souriants, accueillants & fort sympathiques. Les thés, la nourriture, voire même l'eau sont tous délicieux. Je vais y retourner pour sûr!
Une expérience exceptionnelle! Tout est bon , l'endroit est magnifique & la propriétaire nous a offert un service plus que parfait. Ça ce vois qu'elle est passionné, & toutes les autres employées aussi étaient super !

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillies & le service était impeccable. Le décor est magnifique & l'ambiance vraiment agréable. Nous avons passé un moment mémorable entre amies. Je recommande sans hésiter .
This was the best experience ever! We visited from the United States for our mother's birthday & they made it so special! The tea was delicious & you could tell they cared so much about our experience. The decor is so whimsical & it is perfect for afternoon tea! Would recommend to anyone
My group & I had the most amazing experience here & I will definitely want to come back! The staff are so sweet & they clearly want to help you have the most enjoyable experience possible. They're aware of the many photo ops Lady Porcelaine has, & will help you take all the pictures you want! They talk through all the tea & food with you, which were so delicious! I got the gluten free high tea which was so perfect, I never felt like I was missing out on anything. The sandwiches were perfect, the terrine was lovely, the scones with the cream & in-store made jam were phenomenal, & the desserts were all to die for. I am definitely a tea person & the fact that we got 3 different teas throughout the whole occasion was so exciting! They were all delicious in their own way, so much so that I had to buy some to take home with me. & because we went during Easter weekend, they surprised us with an Easter egg hunt with prizes! They even surprised my friend for her birthday with her own letter to write to herself with a wax stamp & everything! I cannot sing my praises enough for this place, highly recommend!

From the moment you enter, the service is top notch, & there is thorough explanations about the tea service, the products you try & the good manners around it. They were kind enough to switch certain food assortment so we can have more variety. Literally, every bite was unique.
Would 100% recommend for bringing partners, family & friends for a high class British tea experience.
