I inquired to see if they could make a custom cake with a reference photo, they said they could. To my surprise, it was different than what I had envisioned. Further, I had asked for pistachio flavour & the cake was 95% vanilla. When I reached out to voice my dissatisfaction, they put the blame on me. After several email exchanges, they ignored me. I would recommend avoiding this company, they do not deliver a quality product & the customer service is terrible. Save your money & time.
