Delicious tacos & soup! Lovely lights in the place too. My highlight would be their sauce; they had 3 of them: mild, hot & super hot. I'm usually not a fan of hot sauce, but theirs (the green one) was delicious. A few drops of the super hot (orange) also added great flavor, if you can handle the heat. They have many special item during the week to try as well.
This rating is only based on $1 taco specials: they offer steak, cabeza, pastor,chorizo,carnitas. When I placed the order by phone: they didn't have much of the steak nor chorizo anymore so I took the carnitas & pastor flavours instead. Plus the phone person didn't even speak English lol I had to speak French to her. Anyways not a biggie..I took the spicy sauces & for me, it was super spicy 🌶️! lol 😹 just be aware of that! Overall good experience ..cute fun decor on the lighting fixtures. Love the logo sign outside the store! Qué Chida y chingona! 🌟😝
If you are looking for delicious, simple & cozy restaurant, La Toxica is a great place for you! They have amazing birria tacos & guacamole! The portions are huge & there is a lot of protein on each plate. The plates arrived quickly & you can see the food being cooked, which is a fun thing to see! Make sure to add sauces that are on the tables, it will add more flavors & some kick to the plates. It's family friendly & the restaurant has a lot of tables. The servers are super nice & helpful (however when I arrived, the table wasn't clean & we didn't get water, but otherwise, it was fine!). Thank you for the meal :)
