A small neighborhood restaurant with a warm atmosphere, located in the heart of the Plateau, La Selva is a nice Mexican restaurant and a great restaurant for a quiet evening with friends and/or family. The quality/price ratio is one of the best in town. Come and enjoy the generous portions of excellent shrimp, fish and meat accompanied by rice, salad and beans.

Awesome restaurant ! It's a small & quaint restaurant that feels really authentic, the vibe was great & the music not too loud which was really appreciated. I had the vegetarian tacos & they were really good with rice on the side. The cocktails were not like the ones you see everywhere, but really good cocktails I had never heard of ! The service was also really good, the waitress was really nice & efficient. You can definitely see she knows what she's doing ! Anyways, love the place, will come again & would definitely recommend to anyone in the area !View more

Nous étions un groupe de 4 un soir en semaine & nous avons adoré ! Le service est amical, la cuisine est très bonne, les cocktails sont excellents (spéciale mention mojito aux concombres & mezcalita). Les prix sont très abordables pour goûter une multitude de saveurs. L'ambiance cosy du restaurant vous fait sentir comme à la maison. Very nice little Mexican restaurant, serving mostly soft shell tacos. The dishes are quite filling! Most places I've been to serve just 3 small tacos that leave me wanting more, but here the plates are large enough to actually be a meal.View more

When I think of all these people standing in line , in the cold, to get into l'Avenue at lunch… Go get a brunch at La Selva! It's two blocks away! All four lovely brunch choices are available on week ends .We tried all four & could not decide which one was the best!View more

Pretty good Mexican place. Really liked their tacos, but got one of their specialty that looks like quesadilla & it was like 50% onions inside & that was way to much, not super appetizing. I would try it again though.View more

Super experience at La Selva!! Food was delicious & drinks were on point. The ambience was relaxed, festive, & cozy. The team was friendly & went above & beyond to accommodate us.
