Five stars without a doubt! As someone escaping the hustle & bustle of Ottawa for a getaway in Mont-Tremblant, stumbling upon The Sandwich Bar + Bistro was an absolute highlight of the trip. This place is a phenomenal joint that perfectly balances a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere with top-tier food & drinks.
The Food
Maintaining a strict vegetarian diet means finding a truly exceptional, satisfying meal can sometimes be a challenge, but their vegetarian grilled cheese sandwich completely blew me away. It was incredibly flavorful, perfectly toasted, & hit every single craving I had. It is an absolute must-try for anyone looking for a hearty, meat-free option that does not compromise on taste or quality.
The Drinks & Atmosphere
What really elevates this bistro is the incredible beverage selection. They offer a fantastic variety of local & craft beers, & I absolutely loved the option to pick & choose a custom assortment of four to create my own tasting flight. If beer isn't your preference, their wine list is equally impressive, offering great pours that pair wonderfully with the menu. Enjoying those drinks while taking in the stunning, scenic view they offer just made the entire dining experience unforgettable.
The Local Pantry
Beyond the dining room, I was thrilled to find they have a local pantry right on site. Coming from the city, having immediate access to browse & purchase various local foods, treats, & artisanal goods right where we ate was incredibly convenient & charming. It made grabbing some quality provisions effortless.
If you are visiting Mont-Tremblant, do yourself a favor & visit. The Sandwich Bar + Bistro offers amazing food, exceptional drinks, a beautiful view, & the perfect vibe. Highly recommended!

We were looking for a little sandwich shop, & this place appeared as if by magic. Friendly service, delicious soups & sandwiches. The downfall of this sort of place is usually mediocre espresso drinks. Not here, coffees were great. Prices are very reasonable to boot. We'll be back.
