Bought pastries. The pastries were okay, but the problem lies in the lack of customer service.

My purchase included 3-4 pastries, & I asked for a bubble tea with a smoothie-like base. The lady said it would be more expensive, which I had no problem with.

However, when I received my drink, there were no tapioca pearls. At the counter, while we were ready to order, she insisted that we purchase an egg tart, which we did but we never received it, even after asking for it.

& the cherry on top,when we asked for our receipt, she refused to provide it.

I have no issue with the food itself, but the customer service definitely needs to be reviewed.

This is my favorite bakery in town. Their buns, sweet & salty, are always delicious & generous, & you can always get your fill for a more than reasonable price. The staff is always kind & polite. I used to go regularly when I had to go to the hospital on a regular basis & it really brightened my days to get a treat there afterwards.

Buns are phenomenal (specially the roasted sesame red bean paste one), bubble tea was okay. Love this little place.

I went there for the first time. 26 september 2025. The tart & the egg sponge cake were super good. After two hours my blood sugar was ok.
