If I can give this restaurant & the staff 10 stars I would. The food quality was absolutely amazing, the staff is friendly & respectful. We went to celebrate our son's 20th birthday & they made it very special. This was our first time there & definitely will not be our last. I definitely recommend this restaurant. I love going here! I've been going with my family since I have a child! Amazing food! I mean AMAZING, good service everyone is so nice the staff has been working there for decades!! Highly recommend!!!!
La Perle has been our go to place for, IMHO, the best Szechuan & Thai food in Montreal. We often go as a group & opt for the all you can eat menu. The choice is amazing & the quality is outstanding. La Perle has not disappointed since we move to the West Island over 40 years ago. Highly recommended.
The food was very good. We took the *All you can eat" ($43.95, 1/2 price for kids under 10) & the waiter was very helpful in explaining all the choices. Our daighter asked for a second bowl of ice cream & she got it 🙂 I would totally recommend.

This is a true hidden pearl of the west islands. Love the food & the high class service. I recommend making a reservation. If you are hubgry, chose the all you can eat option.
I recently dined at La Perle Chinese restaurant, & it was an outstanding culinary experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality & a cozy ambiance. The menu offered an impressive array of Chinese dishes, & each one I tried was a delight to the senses.
The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented.
What truly set La Perle apart was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, & genuinely enthusiastic about ensuring our dining experience was memorable.
The restaurant's attention to detail extended to its decor, creating an inviting atmosphere that made me feel like I was dining in a traditional Chinese eatery. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner for two or a family celebration, La Perle offers an ideal setting.

We had reservation, but still had to wait aver an hour to be seated. They seemed lost .The service at this restaurant is slow & inattentive. DONT ORDER DRINKS, they are terrible & poorly made . The restaurant has no ambiance & is really old & outdated. When you enter , there's a plaque on the wall with a good review, buts its dated 1991.
They have a good selection, but food is either too sweet or extremely bland. The overall experience was not worth the expense.
It may have been good once (1991), but not now.
I do not recommend this resto.
Nous sommes allés souper à ce restaurant pour un anniversaire & nous étions un groupe de 26. J'ai eu mon appéro une heure plus tard. La nourriture était très grasse & sans goût. Nous étions servis pas en même temps. J'avais mon repas & mon compagnon n'avait pas encore son entré. De plus, mon compagnon a eu un cheveux dans son entré & il s'est retrouvé avec un cheveux dans sa bouche au repas.... Il a demandé d'avoir une compensation. Le gérant lui a seulement proposé un "drink" qu'il ne pouvait pas accepter vu qu'il conduisait. De plus, sur la facture le serveur inclus son pourboire, je trouve cela insultant.
Je ne recommande pas cette place pour son service innadéquat & sa nourriure qui laisse à désiré.

This was my first time eating here & while the reviews made me a little apprehensive my date assured merge food would be excellent. & it was. I have a very serious seafood/shellfish allergy & they had noted it with the reservation & the kitchen had no problem accommodating us. The food was excellent, the service was spot on & we had a wonderful evening.
I strongly feel anyone who left this restaurant unimpressed was there on an off night. Everyone I've spoken to about this place has had nothing but good things to say about it & I count myself among those who would recommend it & definitely go back.
