Oui une place à excellents croissants dans l'ouest de l'île ça existe.
On lui donne 9 sur 10 le croissant. Une croûte feuilletée croustillante, craquante, qui fait plein de miettes partout. Un goût un peu caramélisé & un intérieur doux & soyeux.
Il parait que c'est le beurre de la Nouvelle-Zélande qui fait ça (la proprio dit que c'est un beurre qui contient beaucoup moins d'eau que le beurre d'ici). Même verdict pour la chocolatine qui est généreuse au niveau du chocolat, ce qui est plutôt rare.
Je dis bravo.
Pas eu l'opportunité de goûter la baguette, il n'y en avait plus à 14h30. Va falloir revenir.
Service sympa & courtois.
Au niveau de l'ambiance par contre ça manque de chaleur & de professionnalisme, surtout au niveau de l'affichage, mais on vient pas pour ça.
Prix ok, non excessifs.
Belle surprise & secret bien gardé sur le chemin du bord du lac à Pointe Claire

Amazing & delicious bakery with tons of gluten free options. As a celiac it has been so hard to find convenient & delicious gluten free bread options. I am obsessed with their croissants, including a pistachio flavoured one. Their baguettes are amazing as well. I highly recommend checking this place out, especially if you eat gluten free! Service is amazing, & if wanting the most fresh bread go on Wednesdays or Fridays. :)
