Fidèle aux recettes traditionnelles, La Medusa mise sur les ingrédients de première qualité. Tout est fait maison : des antipasti aux dolce. Vous vous régalerez du carpaccio de bœuf, de la pizza piemontese à la truffe noire et au parmesan, de la lasagne « Nonna Palmira », de l’osso buco et tutti quanti. La Medusa dispose d’un salon privé qui peut être réservé pour des groupes de 10 à 50 personnes. Pour des célébrations d’envergure, le restaurant peut aussi accueillir jusqu’à 120 personnes sur deux niveaux et mettre à disposition un équipement de présentation, de sonorisation et d’éclairage.

Quelques remarques sur le rapport qualité-prix et sur un service parfois plus lent existent, mais l'expérience globale est mémorable et plaisante.
The staff here are genuinely warm & attentive without being overbearing. Every dish that comes to the table feels freshly prepared, which makes a real difference in quality. Service is consistently smooth, & the team seems to take pride in what they do. For anyone looking for a reliable Italian dining experience with good food & friendly faces, this spot delivers on both counts.
Very friendly & attentive staff. Extensive wine list. We had the escargot in white wine sauce. Beautiful flavours & extremely tender & tasty escargot. I had the cannelloni, beautiful tomato sauce, the pasta was cooked to perfection & generously stuffed with a tender flavourful filling topped with melted cheese & herbs. My wife had the spaghetti & meatballs. 2 large tender meatballs full of delicate seasoning, the pasta was perfect with a light yet very satisfying tomato herb sauce. The decor is very classic high end Italian, beautifully decorated, the plates are generous without being too much, & the prices very reasonable.

We were a table of 8 plus a baby. Brought my family whom was from out of town to come eat to celebrate my stepson's admission into the army. The owner/waiters were so attentive & caring & gave us extra attention by conversating with us as well as showing how they are family oriented. It was exceptional service that we have never gotten in any other restaurant i have been to in Montreal or even anywhere. The food was excellent with not a long wait between courses. The whole meal ended with a little extra thought by the waiter whom brings a little glass filled with candy. The finishing touch that makes the clientele want to come back. Thank you for the lovely evening. It was the perfect memorable soirée :-)
On of my favorite Italian spots in the city. Simple & delicious. Attentive service from old crotchety men that know their stuff. It also has an extensive wine list. Not cheap, but nothing is anymore. I go regularly, & I'm never disappointed.
While in town for the Campus Stores Canada Conference, my company sponsored a reception at La Medusa in downtown Montreal, & the impeccable customer service left a lasting impression, with a staff that was attentive, friendly & went above & beyond. The ambiance was delightful, complemented by a tasteful decor that added to the overall experience. As for the food, every dish was a culinary masterpiece, showcasing the authentic flavors of Italian cuisine. From appetizers to desserts, La Medusa demonstrated culinary excellence. Our event was elevated by this extraordinary dining experience, making it a memorable occasion & highly recommended for those seeking a perfect blend of exceptional service & delectable Italian cuisine in the heart of Montreal.
Unforgettable cuisine & outstanding, attentive service. The menu is enormous which is often a red flag but you really can't go wrong here. The filet mignon risotto is to die for as is the lobster tagliatelle. I always recommend this place whenever someone is looking for Italian downtown.
The food was really delicious. The service was excellent, our waiter was very attentive. The atmosphere was extremely warm & welcoming & the decor enhanced it.

Absolutely amazing. The veal was more than perfect, as was the lasagna. The service was exceptional, everyone so friendly & attentive. We were here this past September (visiting from Halifax), loved it & had to come back again. They certainly do not disappoint & we have recommended this restaurant to anyone visiting Montreal.
Went for pizza for lunch. Excellent! Went to dinner for salad & pasta. Food was excellent. Great , attentive, friendly service. Highly recommend. Will be back whenever we're in Montreal.

Our evening at LaMedusa was just what we needed after a busy day exploring Montreal. The wait staff was attentive & accomodating from the moment we walked in the door. The menu was varied & the food delicious. Our waiter was knowledgeable & helped us choose to right wine. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the large screen televisions spread through the restaurant. They took away from the ambieance.
