The restaurant was fantastic
The problem is when we reserved online for 4 people , when we got there Medusa had only received a 2-person reservation!

Massimo was very helpful & made things work for us nonetheless ... That, in itself, was impressive

Great meal !!!

Very disappointed & surprised in owners answer when I asked why our food was taking over 30 minutes to be served; (Hey buddy, Take it easy, I have 100 people here to serve).
Obviously this gentleman has become disconnected in how to answer politely to his clients. I have worked in the service business for over 10 years in my younger days & never have ever been rude & impolite to a client.
To make a long story short; I will never go back to this restaurant or recommend it, being told out loud to TAKE IT EASY in front of my friends & family was disrespectful & degrading, goodbye La Medusa.

Tres bon souper, bel accueil, la nourriture etait delicieuse, on a pris le temps en compte aussi pour notre reservation & spectacle. Nous recommandons fortement ce resto.

Poor service. "We don't have your name & no table available." When shown e-confirmation, table given without comment or apology. 55 minutes from seating to service of first course. "Sorry, no more veal chops" & this at 6:30 & 45 minutes after ordering. Food was good, however but not good enough to induce me to return.
