Had the shish kebab plate, meat was perfectly cooked to medium rare as requested, plate was huge & came with salad, rice & potatoes
There is plenty of street parking & on the plus side, it's a bring your own wine restaurant!View more
Good food, service was great, providing knowledge of what is/can be made gluten free. Soup has wheat while most main dishes are gf. Bring your own wine - corner store near by. The snails were also decent (cheese & noncheese).View more
So delicious, big portion sizes for a good price! I got the fried zuccini as an entre & spanakopita main with rice, patates, & salad & everything was delicious. Service was great & being able to bring your own wine was a plus!View more
Amazing place if you care about a quality price ratio. The portions were huge & the food was delicious, exceeded my expectations. Oh & the best part is that you can bring your own wine. The best part was the fried calamari, so fresh & fried to perfection. I also had the chicken souvlaki skewers, the chicken was well marinated & cooked perfectly, very juicy. The plate had a big portion of salad which I really enjoyed, baked potatos & some rice which lacked seasoning. The restaurant was packed on Friday night. Overall great experience!View more
Honestly best food you can get in Montreal, & you can bring your own wineView more
There are not too many authentic Greek restaurants in the city anymore so finding a gem like this is so refreshing. The food is excellent. The portions are huge & the Moussaka, my personal favorite, is a must. Wash it all down with a nice Greek coffee & a Baklava afterwards. You can bring your own wine too & the service is top notch. The only negative thing I can say about this place is the parking. Not too easy to find most times. Other than that, it's a definite yes for me!View more
Went here with my husband, children & mother & liked it so much we came back the next day with my mother in law! It's probably my favorite restaurant in Montreal for a variety of reasons: 1) The food is phenomenal. PHENOMENAL. Super flavorful, tasty & cooked to perfection. 2) The portions are generous 3) The prices are good 4) They have a kids meal that isn't just burgers. The kids loved their souvlaki. 5) service is quick & polite 6) bring your own wine!! (No cork fee!!) If you're in Montreal, especially with a large group or with kids I would suggest you come. You can find something everyone will love at a reasonable price, while still feeling like you had a "nice" dinner. We are very happy with this restaurant!!View more
The food plates are large & definitely worth it. I recommend visiting at lunch time for their lunch prices. For $30, although it seems expensive, you get a massive shish kebab plate with rice, potatoes, salad, & shrimp. Cooked to perfection. Comes with coffee & dessert. You can also bring your own wine.View more
Delicious food & bring your own wine. Can't beat that.View more
Super authentic experience 🇬🇷 warm & friendly staff welcomed me. I tried the traditional moussaka & the serving is generous! Be hungry when you go there. I had the opportunity to try the traditional lentil soup as well as Galaktobureko dessert. At this restaurant you can bring your own wine & the decorations make you feel like you're at a Greek home.View more
Great idea to invite people to bring their own wine. The waitress was great even offered us (if we wanted ) to wait a little between the dinner & the coffee/dessert. Overall wonderful experience. Would recommend to friends.
I went here with a big group, & the staff was super nice. You can bring your own wine, which is great, & they are loose on that, so you can bring beer if need be. The food was good, & it wasn't overall too expensive. I would recommend it for a large group.View more
this is a very nice Greek Restaurant!!
one of the best i taste in the area!! seriously i recommended it!!😌
& its "bring up your wine" !!
like all the restaurants here there's no parkings access... & vignettes everywhere... but it values the clues!!
feels a little bit stuck anywhere you are sit in the restaurant .. & the staff is pretty basic..& always new staff members... 🙄 but its not awful!!View more
Loved the experience! The host was very welcoming & the food was fantastic. Like many restaurants in Montreal they don’t serve wine, you have to bring your own, which I was unaware of. Regardless, the food was delicious, I totally recommend it.View more
Good food & very reasonable prices. The staff are delightful & allowed two old friends who had much to catch up on to linger for hours after our meal. Loved the fact that we could bring our own wine (& there was no corkage fee).
Fantastic meal, great atmosphere, excellent service, & a bring your own wine & beer. Great option on Deluth!
Excellent Greek meal - beautifully grilled, very flavourful meats in a pleasant outdoor courtyard is pretty much heaven on a summer night. The $28 "Assiette Melange" is a great deal & includes 2 small lamb chops, a small steak, & a good size pork brochette with a side salad, rice & potatoes. Great stuff. The bread is nice, too - hot & herb-crusted. Also got the Greek village salad (with ripe red tomatoes & good feta!), which was excellent & made up for the side salad, which isn't very Greek & a bit wilted. With your own wine, the meal is pretty hard to beat. The only real drawback is the lack of an English menu, which may pose a problem for some.
Food is delicious, ambiance fantastic & bring your own wine/ beer - it does not get any better than this!!
This will sound like "fake news," but it's not! *smile* We have lived in this neighborhood for years, eaten here a lot, & absolutely love it here every time! The food is awesome, it's a Bring Your Own Wine, Costas (the host) is incredible, & now? Particularly with Covid in mind? The back terrace is perfection. They have taken every safety measure & well... Considering the food, atmosphere, & staff? My only complaint is that I don't eat here enough! Seriously awesome choice! (& the salad dressing is INSANE! I always ask to buy some & sometimes you can! *huge GRIN*
Great Beautiful Terrasse , we ordered the Grilled Calamris & Greec Salad, bread also was warm & ALL was delicious & we had our wine, Thank you , a real GEM on the Plateau!
I took my girlfriend to one of my favorite restaurants in Montreal & she immediately found it to be great as well. Great food, nice service with a friendly smile & such a warm cozy atmosphere, like a chateau in the woods. & did I mentioned such a reasonably priced menu too... & bring your own wine to boot!
It's been "our special place" to go for our celebrations, birthdays, holidays & vacation for years now... & we still enjoy it so much everytime!
Highly recommend you try it, whether you're a local or a tourist
I am a fan of bring your own wine restaurants therefore I have been in this restaurant few times. I love their food. The size of food is great it comes with soup & salad. I usually take greek stake with home made potatoes which is great. However, the ambiance is quite dead, therefore if you are going with your friends & family to enjoy the food & wine it is perfect otherwise you will be bored.
