We drove all the way from the Bell Center to La Ligne Rouge last night in the middle of a snowstorm, only to be completely disrespected while waiting in line & minding our own business.
The employee/owner wrapping the pitas told the group of kids in front of him,'je m'en fous des autres personnes en arrière de vous,' & went on to say they were regulars & that he didn't care at all about the people waiting behind them. Hearing an employee openly say he doesn't care about other customers was shocking & incredibly unprofessional.
Coming from a family of restaurant owners-my uncles & father-in-law have all run restaurants-I know how demanding the industry can be. Even on their toughest days, however, they always treated customers with respect.
best doner, great portions... No BS fake over-the-top niceness, just a staff that does their job & keeps it real. A true community cornerstone that never disappoints. Thanks for the consistent, well-seasoned & delicious meals over the years.

Nothing fancy & embelishment here; just straight up good, comfort food from friendly people. It's my go-to place for anything doner. It's also right next to the metro station, making it a great stop for great food.
J'ai enlevé un point au service juste parce qu'il n'y a pas de livraisons ou de service Uber Eat & que je peux pas en manger aussi souvent que je voudrais 🥲
I only gave 5 stars because I've been eating there since I was a kid & they have the best doner in town but I'm really disappointed because it said it was open on google & when I got there it was closed. I drove all the way from Laval so I was pissed but anyway enjoy the vacation. & please update your opening hours 🥲

Terrific service. Friendly, attentive, ready to serve. The donor sandwich is incomparable. The tzatziki sauce is to die for. Best sandwich in Montreal, maybe all of North America. & the price can't be beat.
Service à fuir, kebab petit & pas très bon, & incapacité du personnel à avertir que c'est un paiement exclusivement en liquide lors de la commande. Il serait plus intelligent de prendre soin de le dire aux clients plutôt que de ne compter que sur l'affichage pas forcément évident.

Je suis passer un nombre incalculable de fois devant donc j'ai décider de m'y arrêter & d'y manger. Le personnel peut paraître vraiment brut & peu chaleureux aux premiers abords. Les frites sont vraiment bonnes (la mayo également), le trip 1 est vraiment top. Par contre le sous marin est « bon » sans plus.
Y aller de temps en temps oui mais régulièrement non
