A very unusual specialty boutique, workshop & culinary school that caters to chefs as well as those that want to cook like chefs. Open 7 days a week on Boul St Laurent just south of Little Italy (Free streetside parking nearby if you know where to look). Superb & highly knowledgeable staff, upscale but not at all snobby. Great products that may be impossible to find in stock elsewhere. Many dozens of world famous kitchen supply brands here such as Cocoa Barry, All-Clad, Callebaut, Opinel, Kitchenaid, Staub, Lodge. A great little oasis, just around the corner from some of the Mile End's very ecclectic gourmet dining establishments ranging from the mobbed up cappucinos at Cafe Milano, Lemon Granita from Antica Caserta, gourmet slices from Pizza Boquet on Rue Beaubien & Stefano Faita's eateries over on Rue Dante, all which I suggest. The legendary Marche Jean Talon market is within 10 minutes walk

J'ai commandé en ligne, on m'a appelé pour m'aviser que ça allait prendre un peu plus de temps car ils en n'avaient plus en stock, & tout est bien arrivé à destination dans les délais prévus. Lorsque vous effectuez des commandes en ligne, pensez aux commerces & produits locaux.
Le service clientèle a été parfait de mon côté. J'avais besoin de certains produits spécifiques pour de la pâtisserie & j'ai été servi non seulement très rapidement, mais aussi de manière très efficace. Je recommande vivement.
