Je me suis inscrite à un cours de pâtisserie le mois de janvier 2026 & le montant a été prélevé de mon compte, mais je n'ai jamais reçu de confirmation par courriel avec la date. Dans mon agenda , le cours était prévu pour le 21 avril, ça peut être une erreur de moi mais voici ce qui est arrivé:

Le 7 avril, j'ai reçu un courriel de rappel indiquant que le cours était le 9 avril. J'ai immédiatement appelé pour expliquer la situation & demander une annulation ou un changement de date, car je n'étais pas disponible. La personne au téléphone a été très sèche & a refusé toute annulation, en exigeant des frais pour modifier la date, sans considérer que je n'avais pas reçu de confirmation claire au départ.

On m'a dit qu'un agent allait me rappeler, mais personne ne m'a contactée ce jour ci ou le lendemain j'ai su cette date 48h avant le cours. Le matin même de la formation a 10:53, on m'a appelé pour me proposer le cours en soirée de la même journée, ce qui était impossible pour moi.

Je suis déçue du service client & du manque de compréhension. Un meilleur suivi des confirmations par courriel & une approche plus respectueuse avec les clients seraient appréciés.
Mise à jour suite à la réponse de l'entreprise :
Je comprends les politiques internes, mais mon problème reste le manque d'empathie du service client & l'absence de rappel comme mentionné. Une approche plus flexible aurait été appréciée, surtout que j'ai appelé avant la date du cours pour trouver une solution.
