Since its opening in Bromont in 2006, the Fromagerie (Qualité Summum) de Bromont has carved out a place for itself. Today, we sign our independence in the heart of a territory that we particularly like by becoming the Fromagerie Gourmande de Bromont. Our business houses a restaurant that honors the fresh cheese curds of the day in its dishes. Try our famous poutines and our famous pizzas topped with grated cheese curds. La sauce poivré devrait être rebaptisé poivre à la sauce.
Pour vrai le cuisinier à échapper la poivrière dedans, ça aucun sens

Looking for some traditional Montreal poutine? This is it! Perfect right after some hearty exercise to fill you right up. Portions are decent, with a healthy serving of their own cheese.
Traditionnelle. $9.95 small/petite.
The cheese itself is very chewy & light. Their gravy is perfectly salty. Great combination & great flavors. Portion just perfect for one.

Been coming here a lot on weekends with my family during the summer months. After a day of cycling we stop to eat. Their pizzas are amazing! One thing my wife loves this place is because of the chicken wraps they had. Very fresh & full delicious wraps but since a year their wraps are no longer on the menu. Salads are excellent as well. Nice cozy clean place. Also their cheese is excellent!

Service très long notre repas etait sur le réchaud après 25 minutes d'attente j'ai été obligé de me lever pour aller voir ce qui ce passait

2025-11-15: aujourd'hui les frittes étaient parfaite. Merci d'avoir fait un changement depuis mon dernier passage.

Ça fait bientôt 4 ans que je vais à ce restaurant à tous les deux semaines. Depuis quelques mois je trouve que les frites goûtent la vieille huile. Le goût des frites brulées est vraiment dégueulasse.

Excellente poutine & pizza, beau ptit coin à Bromont. Resto pas très grand mais ça fait son charme. Ce sera un incontournable chaque fois que je vais y aller c'est sûr.

J'avais l'habitude d'acheter les pizzas congelés, mais pour le même prix, elle sont beaucoup plus petites & moins garnies. Cet achat n'en vaut plus la peine
