Since its opening in Bromont in 2006, the Fromagerie (Qualité Summum) de Bromont has carved out a place for itself. Today, we sign our independence in the heart of a territory that we particularly like by becoming the Fromagerie Gourmande de Bromont. Our business houses a restaurant that honors the fresh cheese curds of the day in its dishes. Try our famous poutines and our famous pizzas topped with grated cheese curds. Ça fait bientôt 4 ans que je vais à ce restaurant à tous les deux semaines. Depuis quelques mois je trouve que les frites goûtent la vieille huile. Le goût des frites brulées est vraiment dégueulasse.

Excellente poutine & pizza, beau ptit coin à Bromont. Resto pas très grand mais ça fait son charme. Ce sera un incontournable chaque fois que je vais y aller c'est sûr.

J'avais l'habitude d'acheter les pizzas congelés, mais pour le même prix, elle sont beaucoup plus petites & moins garnies. Cet achat n'en vaut plus la peine

Whenever we're in the Eastern Townships (we're from Ottawa) we take a trip over to Bromont specifically to stop here. They make a very good poutine with tons of cheese curds. It's the only place I've ever not been able to finish all the curds in my poutine.
They also make very good pizza using their curds instead of regular cheese. Since my wife is repulsed by even the thought of poutine, she always gets the pizza.
The portion sizes are quite generous, especially for the poutine.

Tasty, quality ingredients & nice staff. A little on the expensive side (over 30$ for a small pulled pork pizza...good enough for 2 average eaters though).

The best pizza ever.. My daugther & I were visiting Bromont & we decided to stop by & give it a try .. We got a all dressed pizza & brought it all the way back to Montréal … let me tell you-it was a hit .. the dough.. the sauce .. the toppings … the cheese ! so flavourful.. so fresh .. We also bought cheese curds & omg.. Fresh & tasty .. I have never tasted anything like it ..
I would give a 10 stars rating if I could ! The food & the service were both 10 stars

J'ADORE cet endroit! Poutine sans lactose & sans gluten absolument délicieuse. La pizza est aussi incroyable avec la croute farcie, toujours sans lactose. Le service est toujours excellent & rapide.
