Since its opening in Bromont in 2006, the Fromagerie (Qualité Summum) de Bromont has carved out a place for itself. Today, we sign our independence in the heart of a territory that we particularly like by becoming the Fromagerie Gourmande de Bromont. Our business houses a restaurant that honors the fresh cheese curds of the day in its dishes. Try our famous poutines and our famous pizzas topped with grated cheese curds. One bite and you'll be won over!

Came here in the summer & the pizza & poutine were amazing. Came back today but now the pizza is so so, the crust is so thin now & turns to mush really fast seconds after you bring it to the table (lost a star for that). Poutine is still awesome & of course their cheese curds.View more

Some pretty good poutine to be found here, Party of two, & we ordered medium size traditional & smoked meat versions . Way too much food (I recommend a small for your average eater), but the gravy, curds, & frites all met expectations. I really liked the smoked meat version & would get it again.View more
