I was picking a place for a 1st date. I was basically looking for good vibes, yummy drinks & fun ambiance in Laval. I found exactly what I was looking for at this speakeasy.
Cozy & modern with live DJ & passionate bartenders… Fun place! I will be back 😎🥳
Amazing service by emma. She recommended the all star martini & it was absolutely delicious. She has a perfect vibe & is truly passionate by what she does. I recommend having her as your server. I truly recommend la Florida to anyone who's up for a little fun!
La Florida really took me by surprise. From the outside, the building feels a little unassuming, almost making you wonder if you're in the right place but the moment you step inside, it's a whole different vibe. The décor is elegant & classy, with perfectly dimmed lighting, great music, & a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The staff last night were fantastic, charming, & clearly passionate about what they do. Our bartender treated us to some of his special creations, & honestly, I'd go back just for those cocktails alone. Every drink was crafted with care & packed with flavor.
If you're looking for a chic, laidback spot with great cocktails, this place is worth the visit
La Florida is an absolute gem! The food was outstanding-I highly recommend the tartare & smash burgers, both of which were delicious & perfectly prepared. The drinks, while good in taste, lacked visual flair, but the Sainte-Rose cocktail stood out as the best. I went with four girlfriends, & we had an amazing time. The atmosphere is super cool, with a DJ adding great vibes & a friendly waitress making us feel welcome. We spent hours here enjoying ourselves, & the Jell-O shots were a fun highlight that I'd say are a must-try. I'd 100% come back, whether with friends or for a date!
Belle place, une pépite cachée à Laval. +++ le service, +++ la décoration, -- l'ambiance musicale un peu trop electro pour mon goût mais le vibe reste très bon.
