This was the most disappointing bagel chain I tried in Montreal. The staff were friendly, welcoming, & very helpful, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I found the bagels underwhelming - they had a relatively small amount of filling, & the ingredients didn't feel as fresh or high-quality as I had expected. That said, the coffee with maple syrup was excellent. Overall, I'd give 3/5, mainly thanks to the great service & the coffee.
Genuinely one of the worst things I've ever tasted in my life, I don't know how they managed to make something as simple as a bagel, coffee & a smoothie taste so gross , we ordered 2 bagels, a brownie, a coffee & a smoothie.. we spent $50 on tasteless food & terrible service.
They ignored us in the line & these people behind us just started ordering & they just took them … I'm not sure what the purpose of a line is if they just pick & choose who to help.
When we finally ordered we wanted to understand what they have since the menue is in French & we don't speak French, we were rushed & ended up ordering the first thing we asked about, we ordered 2 pre made bagels had absolutely no tastes to them whatsoever, the bagels were so dry absolutely disgusting food for the prices they sell them for, & the cherry on top was ordering the most gross watery warm smoothie & a cold tasteless mocha coffee.
A complete tourist trap I wouldn't waste my time or money, disgusting food, terrible service & they have the nerve to charge you what they do for absolute garbage. Will be staying clear from this place when I'm back to Montreal next year ..if I could give half a star or no star at all I would.
I absolutely loved this café/bagel shop-so much so that I'd genuinely go out of my way to come back, even all the way from Vancouver. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm, welcoming, & effortlessly cozy. You can tell there's a lot of care put into every detail.
The bagels were fresh, perfectly textured, & easily some of the best I've had-crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, & paired with such delicious, high-quality ingredients. Everything tasted homemade & thoughtfully prepared. The coffee was just as impressive-rich, smooth, & the perfect complement to the food.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were genuinely kind, friendly, & made the whole experience feel special rather than rushed.
This place isn't just a quick stop-it's somewhere you want to sit, enjoy, & come back to. If I'm ever in the area again, it'll be one of my first stops without hesitation. Highly recommend!

It is one of my favorite places to eat bagels with my friends before going to class in the morning. They have a large selection of different types of cream cheeses & bagels. My favorite is their jalapeno cream cheese, & the pesto (with salmon), it's amazing. I'm also not a big coffee guy, but their mocha was really good. The staff is very friendly, & there are plenty of places nearby to sit & eat as well.
This place has gone downhill over the years. They used to make a delicious & packed breakfast bagel that they actually grilled but that is no longer the case, pictures from 7 years ago show you how it used to be. Now it's just a blah bagel with a thin piece of'scrambled egg' which most likely comes from liquid eggs & just one, equally thin slice of turkey or ham, packed with gross garlic butter. At least they're not shy on the butter. They don't even toast or grill it, they just put it in this warmer that heats up the bagel to a soft mess. $9 for something this bad that probably costs them $1 is just robbery. Save your money & get a McDonald's bagel sandwich, you at least get a hash brown & coffee for the same price.
A very good spot for bagels. The pre-made sandwiches are quite ordinary & not very impressive, but the custom-made bagels are really good. Simple bagels with cheese, cheese-honey-walnuts, or salmon are full of flavor. The coffee is excellent, & I especially like the wide variety of cheeses they offer. Overall, a good place, especially if you order a made-to-order bagel.
