"This was my first Montreal bagel. It was pretty different from the NY version. The crusty texture was more reminiscent of a bialy. And it was sweeter and somewhat denser too. Size wise, it was a bit smaller. Maybe if I had grown up eating these, I would appreciate them more but overall I'll stick to the NY version."
