Very poor service & rude blondie that made us feel like we disturb her for ice cream at 9 p.m. one hour before closing time. All chairs were on tables too. lol not a good start for ice cream season.
We couldn't even have some tasting sampling cause the sales lady told us it was too late. Wow ! Nope not coming back

The lady who works there is so nice always very friendly
The gelato is just one of the best I had my whole life , lemon crunch has to be my favorite but pistachio & hazelnut is also amazing specially as a combo !
The portions are also generous, totally worth the price
The only downside is that they don't open everyday I live nearby & they close this whole weekend which is a bummer 😔
Poor quality, fake flavors. You can taste the chemicals. I don't understand the good reviews, we went there because of them but it was deception. There much better offers in town.
Très bon gelato, la dame à la caisse me fait ressentir l'amour d'une maman. Très bon service client discute avec nous lorsqu'il n'y a pas de client à servir. Meilleur service reçu dans une crémerie
some ice cream flavors were good like pistaccio & hazelnut, but some weren't like tiramisu or baccio.. a little disappointed but it was ok in general for a gelato. Not the best but very ok

I recently tried their chocolate ice cream with a choco dip, & unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The ice cream itself lacked rich chocolate flavor & tasted off - definitely not what I was expecting. Even the choco dip couldn't save it.
Overall, the taste just wasn't good, & I won't be going back again.

I go there quite often & have tried almost all flavors of their ice-cream. Though my favorite one are hazelnut & brownies. It's my favorite ice-cream spot in Montreal.
