Good spot with convenient late night hours. However, the ice cream is a bit overly sweet & artificial, & the waffle cone tasted old. Not the best ice cream around, but decent for a late-night option

The main value this place provides is in the entertainment of picking your order, not the actual taste of the cone. The serve only vanilla ice cream, but let you choose a chocolate coating & some other toppings as well. We chose a hazelnut coating & a coconut topping, which was good but not amazing. The process of trying the different coatings & toppings was really fun though!

The dip is so thick & poor customer experience they didn't even take a proper order. The ice cream was inedible. Other branches of la Diperie does very well.

The ambience was good & the café looked nice. I tried vanilla ice cream dipped in pistachio sauce, but it was overly sweet & lacked a real, authentic flavor. I paid around $8 for it, which didn't feel worth the price.

I'm giving this rating not because the ice creams were bad, but only because of the rude attitude from the staff. When we arrived at the shop, he was talking on the phone without showing up to the customers for almost 10 minutes. He didn't even bothered giving any apologies or explanation to the customer about why he was not when the line of customers was getting longer! This is absolutely unacceptable.

Usually I love la diperie the ice cream is amazing but this particular location is ALWAYS understaffed. I waited in line for 20 mins just to be told that they don't have the MAIN THING they're supposed to have which is vanilla soft serve, all they had was regular ice cream ( 4 flavors). The workers didn't seem to care that the line was long & one was taking their time in the back on the phone. The ice cream is always very good, i always come here for that soft serve but the service always disappoints. Please staff the place correctly because this diperie is always busy & you can tell the workers are stressed out on top of not having any ice cream.
