Les croissants y sont incroyablement beurrés et feuilletés, le café est apprécié et le service est chaleureux et professionnel. L'endroit se prête aussi bien à un café rapide qu'à un moment de brunch ou de petit repas, dans une atmosphère conviviale qui donne envie de revenir. Le personnel attentif et disponible contribue à une expérience globale positive, et la carte variée offre des choix à prix raisonnables. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un lieu cosy et charmant, avec une ambiance parisienne distincte, une belle terrasse et des plats et desserts appétissants qui rehaussent le moment.
La Croissanterie Figaro is a gem in terms of atmosphere; the Art Nouveau decor & the historic vibe truly transport you to Paris. It is a place with undeniable charm & soul.
However, for a spot that is pricier than average & always busy, the operational details should be sharper. During my visit, there were no napkins at the table, & the hand dryer in the restroom was out of order. These might seem like small things, but in a high-standard establishment in Outremont, maintenance & basic service are key to the overall experience.
I'm giving it 4 stars because I love the ambiance & want this place to thrive, but the management needs to match their beautiful aesthetic with better attention to maintenance & customer care. Hopefully, these points will be addressed soon!
Cute coffee spot, very beautiful & tastefully decorated. The staff was very nice & welcoming. Chai latte was ok. Good place to meet & catch up or read or just enjoy a tea or coffee.

Love the decor & ambiance of this place, we felt like we were in Paris! Very friendly service & delicious food! The croissants can also be ordered to go, highly recommend!
La Croissanterie Figaro feels like a little slice of Paris in Montreal. The vintage decor & cozy atmosphere make it the perfect spot to relax. Their croissants are incredibly buttery & flaky, & the coffee pairs perfectly. Friendly service! Definitely worth a visit!
Greeted by owner who was very pleasant. Lots of people buzzing outside, including inside. It's very much of a European vibe & decor & love it. Servers were very friendly, & they were busy so much so that my coffee cup sadly was not refilled, but again, servers were understaffed & working as best they could with a smile. Now the croissant was disappointing, & I was expecting better from a croissanterie. I tried the croissant with cheese, I had to fight eating the croissant & was told no utensils were available, so I couldn't cut it in peices because when they heated the croissant the cheese oozed out & got baked to a crust (hence fighting to get a graceful bite). I also found the coffee could be a tad less bitter, & so a refill would have possibly turned my stomach, & a quick visit to the washroom would have been warranted.

Greeted by the owner who is super friendly . The atmosphere, decor all top notch . Beautiful outdoor terrace & lunch was good ! Great French style bistro
When it comes to ambiance & decoration, La Croissanterie Figaro is the perfect choice. Everything felt antique & nostalgic, creating such a charming & unique atmosphere - I absolutely loved the décor. The food was excellent, & I highly recommend the affogato - it was a real treat. The service was also wonderful; the owner himself took the time to talk about the history of the place & its beautiful design, which made the experience even more special. I'll definitely be going back!
The owner is taking care of this place for 33 years! This place has a picturesque decoration with high quality & tasty recipes with reasonable prices! I had a sandwich la Gondole that comes with a delicious salad. I definitely recommend the Figaro! 👌👍.
Note: do not miss the Affogato! It is a MUST try item 😍

Atmosphère décorée pour remonter le temps, super service, nourriture vraiment bonne, desserts délicieux! Un coin vraiement très agréable pour prendre un café avec des amis ou un rencontre...
I love this place! The coffee, the Viennese hot chocolate & the chocolate mellow was decadent! In addition, the authentic art decor atmosphere adds a unique experience! Thanks to our pretty & welcoming waitress Poppy. very happy to come back! ☕?🥐🍰
Serveuses très gentilles, les croissants & le chocolat chauds sont délicieux toit comme le café. Nous avons moins aimé nos plats pour dîner la fois où on y a mangé. Ça reste un de mes endroits favoris du quartier avec la terrasse fleurie & la décoration intérieure charmante.

Je suis complètement tombée sous le charme de ce restaurant. Dès notre entrée l'endroit nous enveloppe par sa douce musique & ce décor chaleureux. Le service fut hors pair en toute délicatesse & douceur. Mon repas... un délice. J'ai opté pour un feuilleté aux champignons, j'en fut comblé. C'est un must dans ce quartier. Je ferais même un détour pour y retourner.
