Quelle belle découverte sur la rue Roy. Tout était délicieux & préparé avec soin.

Les empanadas sont incroyables, surtout la farce à la viande & à l'oeuf qui est parfaitement assaisonnée. J'ai aussi adoré le sandwich servi sur ce papier bleu & blanc quadrillé, c'est une touche vraiment authentique.

L'expérience globale était parfaite. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute pour goûter au reste du menu.

The food is great. & everything is prepared with care & intention.

It doesn't make sense though that it takes 20 minutes to REHEAT empanadas.

Maybe invest in an air fryer?

The menu is 70% Mexican with just a few authentic Chilean dishes. I guess they need to adapt to what's more popular, but in that case they should change the name of the restaurant (something more'Latino' than'Chilean'). The service is quite impersonal, even if we were speaking Spanish. The empanadas were not good, with little meat inside, & more Colombian style than Chilean.
