Incredible Chilean sandwiches & empanadas! If I lived in Montreal I'd definitely come here at least once a week! Home style cooking with a lot of care clearly put in. Flavours are amazing & everything is reasonably priced. In addition to sandwiches & empanadas, they have a wide range of other dishes like tacos, quesadillas, & other Mexican & South American staples. Service is very friendly & accommodating, & the parkette outside is the perfect setting to enjoy your meal. Definitely a spot I'll go out of my way to stop at anytime I'm in Montreal & will definitely recommend to anyone I know who's visiting. Highly, highly recommend!
Super service! Bon rapport qualité-prix! Nous sommes très satisfaits du partenariat établi avec La Chilenita lors de notre événement de La traversée du siècle!
I didn't have the opportunity to try more things from the menu but their empanadas are quite good. Also the service is friendly & fast. Good location too!
Amazing place for unique flavour ! I have loved the place for years. Now there is even the "empanadas express" open 6-8pm where you can get to go heated empanadas to eat in the great little park right in front. An amazing end to a great summer day !
Magnifique sandwich un cirque culinaire qui se forme dans t'as bouche en savourent un bon BARROS LUCO a teste
Not Authentic Chilean food. Period. Advertised as Chilean, but in reality Mexican (other than the decoration). The empanadas were tasty, but short on the eggs, & the dough wasn't very good. Still a good place, nice vibe, clean bathroom & friendly staff. I'd say go for it if you're not picky on authenticity.
I am from Chile, visiting Montreal, & I was so excited to have finally found an authentic Chilean joint. Sadly, I was quite disappointed. The only Chilean food they had were empanadas, & the rest was Mexican. I ordered empanadas de queso & empanadas de pino. For the price, quality wasn't the best, & more importantly the empanadas weren't authentic Chilean.
