La Catrina ressort comme une adresse mexicaine vive et conviviale, avec des portions généreuses et des saveurs authentiques, le guacamole préparé à la table et les tacos variés étant particulièrement appréciés. L'ambiance, le décor coloré et la terrasse du Vieux Port contribuent à une expérience chaleureuse et festive qui donne envie de revenir en famille ou entre amis. Le service est généralement attentif et sympathique, et les margaritas ainsi que les plats frais sont souvent cités comme des points forts. Quelques observations sur le rythme du service lors des heures d'affluence existent, mais l'ensemble reste largement positif et favorable à une belle soirée.
Mes enfants & moi avons aimé en général. C'était correct mais sans plus. Très bon service qui vient avec une facture assez élevé mais je m'y attendait vu que tout augmente.
We arrived at exactly 830 for an 830 reservation. After giving my name they said they didn't have my reservation. I showed them my confirmation & they still couldn't find it, until they did. Apparently we were already here (). Sat down around 840 & wasn't seen until 30 mins later.
Guacamole is made in front of you. Interesting concept but the end result was bland. My date ordered the fried chicken tacos & were good. I ordered the beef brisket tacos & was a bit disappointed. Beef lacked flavour & sauces lacked heat. The place is incredibly small btw. There was a massive group beside us that were standing because they didn't have enough seats. Was distracting & bothersome.
Wasn't horrible but would not return.

Food & service were great, super friendly staff! However, while ordering, we were asked if we would prefer the specials without knowing they were twice the price of what we had originally chosen. The food was great, but there was a shock when the bill came. Could have been our fault for not paying close enough attention to the menu, but we also found it strange on the part of the waiter to suggest something else as if what we were originally ordering was not good enough.
Friendly staff good food but didn't appreciate being rushed out due to the table was reserved for another party of 2 & we received our meal late due to slow service!
Il fait trop froid dans la partie du bas du restaurant au vieux port de mtl. Les tacos aux crevettes étaient sublimes & l'assiette à partager à 2, était aussi excellente.
Very charming & friendly spot easy to get to in the Old Port. We wish we could have stayed longer to try more of the menu items!! We are definitely looking forward to visiting again in the new year. Thank you !
Amazing service. Great energy. Waitress was super helpfull with meal choices. The music &. ambiance was delightful. I asked a gentleman to tell me story behind Catrina. He spoke to me in spanish. I understood every word. This is what I love the most about this restaurant. Even when I am away far from home (italy ) eating there made me feel like home Thank you. We shall meet again
la nourriture n'était pas exceptionnel, le service était long, mais le serveur était très bon. J'ai commandé un cocktail à 15$ sur le menu & vous me l'avez chargé 20$ quand j'ai demandé pourquoi le serveur m'a dit que c'était le prix pour le refill, mais a aucun moment c'est précisé sur le
Menu. Bref, trop cher pour ce que c'est & pas exceptionnel!
