such amazing guacamole 1000000/10 but what was even better were the fish tacos, truly incredible! The glasses & other dish wear were dirty though, & water wasn't clean.
Très belle soirée pour la veille du nouvel an. Menu 4 services qui étais excellent. chaque plats était raffinés & très savoureux. Le service était tous aussi excellent. Gros merci a Catherine pour la belle soirée.

A really good Mexican bar/restaurant offering elevated dishes. Try the squid! The vibe is nice, bit of a speakeasy vibe, pretty quiet when we came last time. Service was very slow, though.
Excellent service! The best tacos are the mahi-mahi fish tacos-don't miss them! The waiter Catherine provided outstanding service & treated us like royalty. She was attentive, friendly, & ensured that every detail of our dining experience was perfect. Her dedication truly made us feel special. This restaurant is a must-visit for both the amazing food & exceptional service!
Nous avons adoré le restaurant & l'ambiance. La nourriture était excellente. Nous avons mangé l'ardoise de tacos à découvrir. Les meilleurs sont au boeuf braisé & au poulet pané. Par contre, ceux végétariens m'ont surprise, c'était étonnamment bon ! Je recommande ce restaurant à 100%. Le service était rapide & le serveur toujours à l'écoute.

Nous avons essayé le menu de groupe: vraiment décevant. La guacamole est bonne mais la quantité de croustilles étaient nettement insuffisante pour le groupe. Les tacos au poulet n'avaient aucune garniture (juste un morceau de poulet frit sur un tacos?) & la burrata goûtait le sûrit. Les cocktails sont ok mais très sucrés & ne goûtent pas vraiment la tequila. À la fin on nous impose un 18% de pourboire malgré le service excessivement lent & la nourriture plus qu'ordinaire. Je n'y retournerai pas!
Lors de ma récente visite à un restaurant mexicain, j'ai passé une soirée des plus agréables. Dès l'entrée, l'ambiance chaleureuse & festive nous plonge dans l'esprit du Mexique, avec une décoration colorée & une musique entraînante qui donne envie de rester toute la soirée. Le service était impeccable : rapide, courtois, & attentionné sans être pressant, ce qui est toujours appréciable. Côté cuisine, les plats étaient bien réalisés, généreux & savoureux. Les tacos, enchiladas & guacamole étaient à la hauteur, avec des ingrédients frais & des saveurs authentiques. Mais la vraie star du repas a été la carte des cocktails. Chaque verre était un délice, parfaitement dosé & équilibré, avec une mention spéciale pour les margaritas, particulièrement la version à la mangue épicée, qui m'a agréablement surpris. Enfin, impossible de repartir sans avoir goûté aux churros, croustillants à l'extérieur & fondants à l'intérieur, accompagnés d'une sauce caramel qui ajoute une touche de gourmandise irrésistible. Une douce conclusion pour une soirée réussie. Bref, un restaurant mexicain qui sait marier ambiance, bon service & cuisine de qualité.
Service impeccable, portions petites, la guacamole & les tacos au poisson étaient plutôt bons mais mon amie & moi avons été malades. Prix élevé pour la quantité & qualité de la nourriture.
This place is alive at night. The buzz, the people, the location! We sat at the bar with the master of cocktails, Dimitri & he was just the best vibe. The food was amazing, if you're craving actual Mexican food, this is the place. The flavours were on point & reminded me of our time in Oaxaca & the Yucatan. Octopus tacos, cooked perfectly. Maracuya mezcalitas, amazing tequila & mezcal selection. We will be back!!!!

I chose la Catrina for my friend's birthday dinner, & let's just say that the food & the atmosphere had us all giddy with joy! We had 3 entrees & 4 different types of tacos to share, & the food has us drooling for more! We did not leave la Catrina hungry! The guacamole, the quesadilla, & the Esposito... Ohh the Esposito was so flavorful! Good portions for sharing, even the pitcher of red sangria was more than enough for four of us! I most definitely recommend this restaurant to any small group who wished to have a flavorful dinner amongst friends, however do be warned, there will be minimal talking after the first bite is taken!
A great place. Dimitri was very helpful in recommendations & accommodation for GF & food allergies. Had the vegetarian tacos & the taco sampler, both good choices. Loved seeing the guacamole made right at the table.
