So pleasantly surprised by our experience here. We sat outside with our two little kids & they were very accommodating about ordering the kids food in advance. Kids menu offers three crowd pleasing options. Freshly made guacamole & the chef's platter of tacos were all delicious. We ordered the shrimp tacos as an extra & while the quality & freshness of the shrimp was great, they were really spicy so order with caution. The service was amazing & the entire terrace staff were super attentive.

Right in the old port in a very touristic area during the hotter months. Service was good & food was great, price fairly for the quality & the location. Tacos were really tasty & great chips, dipping was really fresh. Would come back again.
Their guac is fresh & delicious. Food was good too just a bit on the pricey side for the size. They have seasonal menus that still show up on the regular menu & the items are not available. But otherwise cute spot & friendly staff
Came in on New year's eve & got forced into a 70$ meal that was very disappointed. The tortilla chips were very inconsistent with some of them being fresh & the others being stale & nearly breaking my teeth but at least the tabble side guacamole was good. The portions in the appetizer & the main meal was very small & the meat was so tough & overcoocked, they probably used the cheapest cut of beef there is on the market, but the presentation was good. The sea food salad was fresh but very simple. At least the desserts were generous.
Good food & ambience. I recommend the fried chicken tacos that come with watermelon salsa. Ask for some hot sauce & drizzle that on top, & it tastes so good! We also got the fish tacos which were good too. Only one vegetarian option that is so dry (shredded hard tofu)- I don't recommend it at all. We also got a salad on the side (I don't remember what kind it was) & it was so tasty & fresh! Service was slightly slow despite the restaurant not being busy.
We came from Vancouver for the weekend & this was one of the best dine in restaurants we went to. Food was absolutely delicious & very fresh. Loved the vibe & it wasn't very loud.

Lovely staff, well located & very yummy tacos! They did the guacamole fresh right in front of you. The music was quite loud & the food is on the pricier side - however, it was definitely worth it.

This is the kind of place where great conversations are not just encouraged, but practically inevitable. My wife & I had passed by this area several times in the last few weeks & it's always been crowded & there's line up & today was different, & we took a chance to sit down & grab a cold one. The star of the evening is undoubtedly the Tacos Tasting Platter. As you savor each bite, you find yourself drawn into deep discussions about life, love, & everything in between, surrounded by the warm glow of night. In this enchanting culinary haven, every dish serves as a catalyst for connection & camaraderie. We had one of the more deep converstations as we both look back on what year we had in the last 12 months. Being here in Montreal was not on our list to do, nor living in Old Montreal. Much thanks to the staff of this establishment, for they made our night wonderful.
Came here with colleagues following a long & productive workday... we all commented positively on how tasty the tacos were. The El pastor, & fried chicken taco options were certainly my favourite! The service was great & the general ambience felt warm & welcoming. I was especially impressed by the fact that they make the guacamole fresh at your table. Not only was it fun to watch, but it was fantastically delicious! Their space is large, with seating options inside & out, but it seems to fill up quickly during dinner (we went on a Thursday). Might be ideal to reserve ahead of time. Enjoy :)

My wife & I dined here on a Saturday evening. The food was very good, & we loved the guacamole made fresh at the table. The atmosphere was busy & the music loud (with a live DJ on the patio).
My wife & I are in town visiting from Oklahoma. I saw the drink pictures looked fabulous here on Maps, along with outdoor seating. We were going to the Museum & Notre Dame, so we decided to stop here & give it a try. It did not disappoint. My wife had the chicken tacos. These are fried, with a watermelon, tomato & onion chutney with a honey drizzle. Come on, man. Who would have put that together? Wow, scrumptious. I had the beef tacos. They come with fresh onion & a tomatio salsa. Tender & juicy My wife had the Margarita & I had a La Chita beer & a Coco Loco. Refreshing & delicious.
Wonderful date night at the Mile End location in February. The service, food & cocktails far exceeded our expectations. All of the recommendations from Sandy were spot on. The excellent service she provided made our experience even more enjoyable. Fresh ingredients, creative cocktails, great atmosphere & impecible service will make us repeat patrons.
We were lucky to find this awesome place in the old Port for dinner & drinks. First off, the cocktails are excellent. They have a good choice of sweet or sour options & both the ones we tried are elevated even with foam! The starter we had was incredible & unique. Highly recommend trying out the Esquites! For our mains we had the taco tasting platter, which included 5 different tacos. This was perfect for us as my partner does not eat meat. I had the beef brisket & pulled pork - both were fantastic. I preferred the beef more as it was so tender & tasty. We finished off with the classic churros. Perfect end to a fabulous meal. These were fresh, warm & soft on the inside. The caramel sauce wasn't too sweet, which is perfect for me. Overall this place is so. So good. They prepare fresh guac at your table & the ambience in the restaurant is excellent for a date night. Highly recommended!
