So The waitress got mad because of the tip in exchange of bad service but she doesn't know it's part the worst experience I had in recent years.

Service was too low & too slow.
First step at the door a waiter quickly told me all the tables are reserved (suggesting there aren't any seats left for me) but I had a reservation & they gave me one of the worst seats possible. Funny thing here is that During the 2h I spent there almost 2/3 of the place was empty (but all the seats were reserved & I wanted to just have a first experience at cage au sport & wanted to be optimistic)

Then I ordered 2 drinks , the mini burgers & another entree. I got the drinks but it took them around 40-45 minutes to bring the meal. But I wanted to stay in a good mood check a game, I didn't say anything & just ordered a third drink since i waited that long etc . ( even tho i was bothers by the long wait but I was mostly being polite at the moment) & if course I had trouble having water plus I had to wait & then decided to go to the front desk to get someone to bring me a bill etc

But what shocked me is that she was forcing a 15% gratuity on me. I offered 10% instead & politely explained to her my experience wasn't that great (& i still was in a positive mood because i really wanted to have a simple & relaxed afternoon )
But the girl got mad at me as if she won't accept less than 15% (while 10% I offered for the bad service was around 10$)

So I had to take it as a joke & shove my 10% back in my pocket.

She probably thought i would feel embarrassed by her comment for my 10% but in the end refusing the 10% was the most awesome part of her service to me. I just wish she was polite when refusing it in still happy with it. So this is why I'll give 3 star instead of 1.

& food was ok (on the lower levers of ok but it's ok, maybe I would do 2 star instead of 1) but I think it should be the norm to refuse tip when there is no good service

L'accueil a été très bon : directement conseillé & servi, le lieux est sympa avec des écrans un peu partout & une ambiance conviviale, des popcorns salé sont mis à disposition gratuitement ce qui est fort plaisant, après avoir consommé plusieurs bières, très bien conseillé & servi par Mégane, nous avons pu échanger avec celle ci qui, en tant que touriste français, nous a très bien informé sur les sorties & lieux à visiter dans cette très belle Ville, merci encore à elle. En conclusion, nous recommandons cette endroit pour y passer du bon temps & autres !

Food was really average at best as was service. The vibe is great & the big screen is super cool. $130 for three lunches - was not worth that amount.

Je fais jamais de review restaurant, mais me voici: pour une brasserie sportive, c'est gênant de commander un fish & chips & d'avoir qu'une simple boule de panure, pas de poisson ou presque. Le service laisse à désirer, & les erreurs de factures étaient nombreuses dans notre groupe.

Le midi pour les sorties de groupe c'est super - ils sont full staff & full attention nés! Excellent service, bonne bouffe rapide!

J'y suis allée avec mon mari, ma mère & mon père avant le spectacle Ovo du Cirque du soleil. Notre serveuse Laurie nous a fait passer un très beau moment. Elle & mon père se taquinaient beaucoup. C'était vraiment drôle. Elle a un super bon sens de l'humour, elle est vraiment très gentille & polie. Son service & sa compagnie étaient exceptionnels !!! Même d'autres employés ont embarqués dans nos blagues. La nourriture était délicieuse comme chaque fois que nous y allons. J'avais fait une petite demande lors de ma réservation. Ma mère porte des appareils auditifs & j'avais demandé d'être placés dans un coin un peu moins bruyant & c'est ce que nous avons eu. ✨ Ça super bien commencé notre belle soirée en famille ! Prochaine fois qu'on y retourne, on veut encore Laurie ❤️

Nous sommes allés souper avant le show du Cirque du Soleil. Excellent service de Marie-Michele, très attentionnée & de bonne humeur! On retournera au prochain spectacle ou game de hockey!
