I truly wish I could say something positive about this place, but unfortunately this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had.

We were seated & then completely ignored for a long time. The waitress barely came to our table - we had to ask just to get water. After waiting over 30 minutes, our food finally arrived cold & clearly not fresh.

When we expressed our frustration, the manager came & offered us a complimentary dessert to make up for the situation. However, even that was handled poorly - only one dessert was brought instead of two, & when we asked about it, we were simply ignored.

Between the cold food, long wait times, lack of service, & poor follow-through, the experience was extremely disappointing. I've honestly never had a worse restaurant experience.

I would not recommend this place based on both the service & food quality.

A really nice spot! The bar is clean, cozy, & has a great atmosphere. The staff is quick & polite - our order was served promptly & looked great. The drinks were tasty & everything was super fresh. You can tell they care about quality here. I'll definitely be coming back & recommending it to friends!

Nous avons passé un très beau souper au comptoir de la cuisine, faute de réservation. Le chef était particulièrement adorable avec les enfants. ❤️ Très belle salle à manger avec un énorme bar en "U" au centre. Recommandé autant pour les familles ou les rencontres amicales/romantiques.

Je me suis rendu à La Cage du Carrefour Laval pour la première fois à la suite de l'invitation de mon frère pour aller voir le match de la finale de la Coupe Grey (& à notre grand bonheur, les Alouettes ont gagnés!). Nous avons été pris en charge rapidement à notre arrivée & on nous a bien sûr offert du pop corn, un classique à ce restaurant. Superbe écran énorme pour voir le match, & service impeccable de la part de l'employé très sympathique au bar. Plat tout à fait convenable pour ce type de restaurant, rien à redire!

The food was excellent. My waitress Roxanne was polite, cordial & efficient. My bacon sausage & onion pizza was delicious by the waiter forgot to remind me that it was hot. As atmosphere is concerned, it was nice at the bar. The price/quality for a pizza & a pitcher of Stella Artois cost only $34.49
