Suite à certaines recommandations, j'ai commandé 2 douzaines de Chebooktoosk , & à ma grande surprise le calibre étais RIDICULE .
Certaines huîtres étaient presque vide tellement c'était minuscule ….
Payer 80$ pour cela est honteux .
Si vous vendez ce calibre trés petit dites le au clients pour un minimum de transparence .

& pour répondre à votre commentaire : j'ai l'habitude de manger divers calibre de huîtres mais permettez moi de préciser que ça n'a rien à voir avec des 3' . Certaines étaient presque vides . & effectivement la taille peut varier mais ma commande toutes les huîtres étaient très petites . Fruit du hasard ou malchance ?
J'espère que mon feed-back sera constructif !

Mes meilleures huîtres à date avec un exelent service !
Très belle variété. Je me suis faite conseillée par eux & ce fût un bon choix autant pour les les huîtres que les pétoncles.
Je recommande fortement!

Great & simple. More oysters than the ocean (seriously, must be 10+ varietals.) We got the chef's choice package & just told them we wanted something briney. Was about $3CAD per oyster & came with sauces. Highly recommend if you like oysters.

It was a very crowded raw oyster bar on the corner of the public market. I had the slurp & slurp express & was impressed with the quality & flavours. Although I’m not sure if it was worth $18, I still enjoyed the oysters & recommend this place to anyone visiting the public market!
