Très déçu, de ma quiche quand je l'ai sorti de la boîte, c'était tellement petit & mince cela m'a coûté quand même 14 $ donc c'est tellement Mince que quand tu la mets au four, c'est très sec.

Expérience très décevante chez Bête à Pain à Laval.
Le service a été particulièrement mal géré : mon invitée a reçu son plat, alors que j'ai dû attendre plus de 30 minutes supplémentaires avant de recevoir le mien. Nous n'avons donc pas pu manger ensemble, ce qui est pourtant la base d'une expérience au restaurant.
Ce qui est encore plus frustrant, c'est la gestion de la situation par le manager. Aucun jugement, aucune prise en charge réelle du problème, & surtout aucune tentative de geste commercial ou de compensation pour corriger l'expérience. Un simple minimum de considération aurait fait toute la différence.
Un manque évident de professionnalisme & de respect envers le client. Je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux.

Always a pleasure to stop by at one of their locations. The service is impeccable & the food is always great. A big menu to choose from (brunch, viennoiseries, ready to eat), a nice location for a date or with family/friends.
Nous avons été charmés par le charme de La bête à Pain à Laval. Le décor & l'ambiance sont insoupçonnés!! Le service est 10/10. Assis au bar avec mon conjoint, nous avons adoré voir Olivier s'affairer à la cuisine comme un vrai chef d'orchestre. La chimie & la camaraderie parmi le staff est palpable. Les plats sont bien proportionnés & la valeur qualité prix est réconfortante en ces temps austères économiquement! On recommande chaudement cet endroit pour faire différent pour un brunch intime & agréable un beau dimanche matin… mon plat de granola & celui au saumon de mon mari étaient délicieux arrosés d'un spritz rafraîchissant au limoncello 😍

On étant un client, je rentre je trouve 2 personnes & veulent pas me servir sous prétexte que c'est fermé. C'est comme des robot … jamais une autre fois chez vous même si cela me coûterait un détour.
Went for the first time & absolutely love the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly & I didn't know what to pick out of the different breads, croissants & delicious cupcakes. Ended taking butter croissants & a ficelle & I can confirm, you cannot be deceived by anything they have to offer. Croissants were fluffy & buttery, tasted heavenly. Definitely going back for more.

This boulangerie is a nice spot to enjoy breakfast, especially if you appreciate freshly made bread & pastries.
It's recommended to make a reservation, as the place can get busy. Keep in mind that the weekday menu is more limited & does not include the full brunch options, which is something to be aware of if you're expecting a wider selection.
The menu itself doesn't offer a huge variety, but what they do serve is well made. The bread is baked fresh on site, & there's a good selection of pastries to choose from, which is definitely a highlight.
The staff is polite & welcoming, adding to the overall pleasant experience.
A good option for a simple, fresh breakfast-just be sure to plan ahead if you're looking for a full brunch menu.
Cadre très appréciable & invitant ! La qualité de la nourriture est superbe . Le tout est d'une finesse & de très bon goût . Les tarifs sont tout à fait raisonnable par rapport à la qualité des produits offerts .
Pire service jamais reçu aujourd'hui 4 mars. On me dit qu on ne chauffe pas les viennoiseries. On me dit qu il est impossible de retirer les tomates de mon sandwich. C est très dommage car la nourriture est tellement bonne, mais nous n'y retourneront plus si c est encore cette serveuse qui nous sert.
Super service, aimable & souriant peu importe quel serveur je regardais ! J'ai hâte de goûter tout ce que j'ai choisi (casiment toutes les viennoiseries). Cappuccino bien dosé
Très bel endroit & bonne nourriture. J'y retournerais plus à l'heure de brunch parce que vers 15h il n'y avait plus trop de choix de pâtisseries ou repas. Leur latté est excellent!

J'ai connu la bête à pain depuis leur premier local & la succursale de Laval était top . Le service a bien reculé malheureusement il faut attendre un bout de temps avant d'avoir son café & après je l'ai eu froid pourtant je lui ai demandé un café bien chaud . Les tables communes pour ceux qui prennent juste un café & viennoiseries ne pas commodes pour tous car on doit écouter la conversation des voisins alors qu'on veut juste prendre du plaisir avec son café en silence.c'est à repenser il me semble car la clientèle augmente & aimerait bien rester fidèle .
Endroit agréable on y va souvent mais on aimerait avoir plus option végétariennes à part la chekchouka
Ça nous donnera le goût d'y retourner avec nos amis vegetariens
