Starting with the positives - the food was definitely good. The burgers were flavorful, well-prepared, & the overall quality met expectations. That said, it does feel a bit on the expensive side for what you get.
Service, however, was inconsistent. Once seated, our server was polite & did a good job, but the initial welcome didn't feel very professional - it came across as a bit unwilling & not particularly inviting. The restaurant also seemed understaffed, which led to long wait times for repeat drinks, food requests, & even getting the bill.
One thing that stood out was the overall vibe of service - it felt like there may have been more attention given to guests who were more dressed up, compared to those in casual attire. That's not something I would expect from a sports bar or any hospitality-focused restaurant.
Overall, good food, but the service experience leaves room for improvement.

Nice place but the worst service. It's very slow & they don't take care of the costumers. The barmaid was rude & little professional. Drinks were rushed & the presentation wasn't as expected.
My friend brought me here & it was a wonderful experience! The food was incredible & the vibe of the restaurant was really cool. Great service from the staff as well, will definitely be coming back!
Definitely my favorite restaurant at royalmount, the vibes, decor, & staff are just top notch & it's always a great time when i visit. I really recommend their sangrias & their burgers.
The food was less than mediocre, It is rare that a dining experience fails to meet even the most basic standards of quality & hospitality, but unfortunately, every aspect of our visit tonight was a profound disappointment, never again! The hamburger & fries were the worst i have ever had.
While the food is good the service on lunch hour is terrible. My first try service was aoooo long but they had just opened. Have them a second chance & service at lunch was horrible. I was 20 minutes late to go back to work. No consideration for peeps who wants to have a good lunch but have 1hour lunch.
Nice place beautiful, it's my bday & I have my family with me for dinner to celebrate, I didn't eat my steak it is small rubbery hard, charcoal burnt taste I told the server she said sorry, it's fine, I asked if they have small cake or dessert for my bday she maybe forgot, we just left unhappy, that's ok. The decor of this restaurant is very well thought out & executed. Very inviting & interesting. The menu has a lot of choices. I was with a large group of people that chose varying items from burgers to salads & other items. I chose the Montreal Grilled cheese sandwich which sounded & looks yummy in the menu. While most of the other people were happy with what they ordered I was disappointed. As you will see in the attached photos, the sandwich did not look anything like the photo. In the photo it is a thick stack of savoury ingredients. What was served was a flat sandwich that I had to squint to find the ingredients. I also found it very greasy tasting. I think it was the process of frying the sandwich in butter or oil. The so called Montreal smoked meat, was measly & almost disappeared in the cheese. As I said, everyone else enjoyed their food.

We came here on a thursday nice & it was quite empty, but the atmosphere was ok.
The service was really good, just a bit slow. I am allergic to soy & nuts & our waitress checked multiple ingredient lists & was extraordinary helpful with accommodating, that was really appreciated.
The food was overall ok, the Colossus Poutine was really good (5/5), The Beauty burger unfortunately was not really tasty, as well as the coleslaw & fries (2/5).
All in all fair prices for good & helpful service & great poutines, just wouldnt recommend the'The Beauty' burger :)
This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend, & honestly it was a good call. The burgers were really delicious & full of flavor. I'd definitely like to go back & try more items from their menu.
Easily one of the worst meals I've had in my life. The steak was tiny & rubbery. I waited for over 45 minutes & paid $33 for absolute garbage. I have no idea how this plate left your kitchen.

I would like to put less than 4 stars but I will be satisfied with four stars.
Yesterday, my girlfriend ordered the Thai Salad, which turned out to be extremely spicy, even though this was not mentioned on the menu. When we asked the waitress, she checked with the kitchen & explained that the spiciness came from the sauce. She kindly offered to replace it with the same salad using a different sauce, which we accepted.
I spoke with the manager, & She said,'of course it's spicy because it's a Thai salad.' My concern is: how is a customer supposed to know this, especially on a first visit or if they are not familiar with Thai food? The menu does not mention that the Thai Salad is spicy, even though the manager said that it does. she said of course i add it cause she could not'lose $30' by giving a salad for free & she offered a 50% discount on the first salad, which I accepted ( i had no Choice)
Food was good. Service was friendly, but it took a very long time to get our food. & my plate came with the wrong side, which they replaced quickly. Our table near the window was so squeezed with the others that I kept bumping in the person behind me, & had to get out from the side of my chair since there was no room to slide it back. I had booked to watch hockey, mentioning it, & there was no visible TV from my seat other than a large one further away, partly hidden by lighting. Finally the food was very expensive. So, unless you're specifically looking for this kind of vibe & place, I don't recommend it.
My wife had the Thai salad & I chose the Caesar salad. We both loved our dinners! The vibe in this restaurant is excellent. As far as the service goes it to was also excellent thanks to our wonderful server Kylee. Made for a nice evening out. The other couple we went with enjoyed their dinners as well.
