It is about time those chains start delivering value again !!! We went there for lunch , we were 2 families, & they did not have 1 high chair or even booster for the kids ! 0 attention to customer needs . The bathroom ceiling is leaking water into the bathroom floor, which was soaking in water & looked like a nightclub bathroom at 4am . The level of carelessness in treating guests is becoming unbelievable!!! & its not like we are paying less !!!Voir plus

Nice atmosphere. Great drink menu. Food was underwhelming, especially for the price. Burgers are okay but the bread was hard & stale. Everything else was awful. Chicken wings & mac & cheese balls tasted freezer burnt. Avoid the platter.Voir plus

Service médiocre, la serveuse ne semblait pas être à sa place, aucun sourire & peu d'entregent pourtant, peu de clientèle dans le resto, il fallait sans cesse l'interpeler avec peu de succès pour être servi.Voir plus
J'ai demandé de substituer mes frites pour un à côté de Mac & cheese. J'ai voulu savoir le prix pour la substitution. La serveuse m'a dit qu elle allait revenir pour me le dire. Mon assiette est arrivée & l'à-côté de Mac & cheese était du même format que le plat principal. Je demande donc à la serveuse le prix... 15$!!!! Elle me dit oui mais c est 2$ de moins qu'en repas principal. Je lui explique que le concept n'était pas d'avoir deux repas & qu elle était supposée venir me dire le prix avant de commander. Elle est partie en s'excusant timidement. Rien de plus n'a été fait de sa part. Nos verres d'eau sont restés vides très longtemps. Dernière visite de ma part.Voir plus

The most disappointing food & service I've had in laval all weekend. Starting off with the food: ordered la boeuf & a club. Scummy af practices on the club, only putting ingredients on HALF of the sandwich, so it looks like a full one, but what you get is much less. Wife was super pissed. My burger was OK, the cheese sauce wasn't that great, really sticky & the veggies had no real flavour, the peppers had zero heat or kick. Fries were cold, oversalted & fairly low quality. Coleslaw was the worst prepped coleslaw, & shouldn't be called a coleslaw, it was literally veggies only, no mayo, no acid, nothing. Just... raw veggies. We were so confused. Service. Service was quick, but again, more scummy practices. The tip options are not listed in ascending order, rather, descending. So the first option is the biggest tip. Atmosphere: We got to our seat & it was dirty, unclean & clearly hadn't been washed since the last customer. Crumbs all over the seats, stains, etc. I won't be going back, & cannot recommend this place to eat at for anyone else.Voir plus

Love the atmosphere, it was on a Friday night the restaurant was a quite full but still the service was great & fast. Parking is easy to find there's plenty parking space.Voir plus
