Mediocre food at best. Burger was not great. The red pickle is kind of nasty. The coffee was ok & didn't need any sugar. Service staff is on point as much as they can be but the kitchen seemed to be slow to expedite orders for a barely occupied restaurant. Decors is great but the music is so loud at lunchtime you couldn't have a conversation. No comment on the playlist. My big complaint though is the ridiculously small font size on the menu.View more

This place is so cool, the deco, the couches, the tables,everything!!! Good music always, but ... I know I should've said something, but I was with my wife & she hates when I complain, the burger had no taste, the tomato's & the salads , the hole thing was bland. C'était ma première fois ce soir chez la Belle & la Boeuf & c'était succulent. Le Burger Dallas m'a vraiment plu avec la poutine & le pot mason en promotion. via LibroLove the burgers. The one with goat cheese was delicious. I have two complaints, but it has nothing to do with the food or service which was very good. We were at the Dix30 location. We sat inside & after a few minutes, a couple of drops of water fell from the pipes running along the ceiling. We asked to change tables & because the restaurant was full, we couldn't. But after a few more drops of water, we called the waiter & he found us a booth. The second complaint is that there was a DJ that night & the music was SUPER LOUD!!! We were screaming at each other to be heard & my friend's throat was sore at the end of the evening. Why do restaurants need to drown out the sound of conversation? We go out to socialize & that means conversation. We chose not to go to a dance club so why the loud music? There were families with young children & the loud volume can't be good for their little ears. I think the restaurant shouldn't anxious about being hip, cool & acting like something it's not: a night club. It has everything else going for it. If you're asking people to review it in order to get people talking about the restaurant, then maybe you should let people talk inside the restaurant as well. Whether or not we'll go back there is up in the air. It will depend on how loud the music is which is too bad as the food is good, but there are a few good restaurants in the area who will profit from your mistake.
